I am not sure about DDR3 1866, but the specs say it should take DDR3 1600,1333, and 1066. I am currently running DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) and it works fine.

Does this work with Windows XP?

The manufacturer's website does not have drivers for this board under the Windows XP operating system. There might be some standard drivers through Windows that would work, but it's not guaranteed. I would not personally take that risk because of the chance of it not working at all. Also, please do note that Windows XP is not a supported OS through Microsoft. Hope this helps in your search for a motherboard!

No, All the onboard USB ones are 2.0 though it has 2 USB 3.0 on rear panel.

No, this motherboard will fit in a micro atx case which has at least 4 expansion slots. Most Mini-ITX cases usually only have 2 expansion slots.

well I'm not gonna open the case and measure, but generally motherboards go by form factor. atx, microatx, mini, etc... just look at the form factor (microATX) size and google that form factors dimensions. they are pretty universal for the most part.Can only imagine why you would even need the physical dimensions..

Will this motherboard need a BIOS update out of the box for the new Haswell Refresh CPUs?

You'll need BIOS version 1.2 for the Haswell refresh CPUs. Version 1.2 has been available from ASRock since December (5 months now), so it **should** be shipping already. However, Newegg does not guarantee BIOS revisions (or at least they didn't last time I checked). I've used this board in two recent builds, and so far it has been outstanding. Only one very minor complaint is that it does not have a USB3.0 header for front USB3.0 ports on a system case if that is important to you. As a workaround, I used a USB3.0 to USB2.0 converter cable which means the front ports will work, but at USB2.0 speeds. There are, of course, USB3.0 ports on the motherboard accessible from the back of the system case.

No this motherboard has an LGA1150 socket for a Haswell processor of your choice.

Can I overclock on it? I know it's probably not recommended, I just want to know if I have the option. Building a budget build with a Pentium G328.

Actually the above poster is incorrect, AsRock released a bios update to allow overclocking on this motherboard for the anniversary edition Pentium.
