Pros: -Small Form Factor
-Overclocking socket
-Included cooling solution
-Included All-in-one bracket for CPU coolers
-4x M.2
-3 PWM fan headers (wish there were more, but that's more than most ITX)
-Performs similar to its bigger brothers

Cons: -Noise with included cooling solution; I used it for testing buy opted for a quieter liquid solution (no stars lost here)
-Include Broadcom Wifi module is junk, at least under Windows 10 Profession it randomly stops working (half star lost here)

Other Thoughts: I ended up replacing the Wifi module with an Intel module. For some reason the Broadcom module worked (or stopped working) 60% of the time, every time (Anchorman reference). If you don't use Wifi, or upgrade to better module, this board is a fine choice.
If Newegg had an option for 4.5 stars, I'd give it. Wifi modules are $20-$30, but it's an added annoyance to replace it.

Pros: Ran good when it worked. Noticed there was some stability issues after the 2nd week. 3rd week it seemed to be working well, today is the 4th week and no post what so ever.

Cons: Died after a month of usage and had stability issues when it did run. I seem to have gotten the dud of the pack so 2 eggs at least for effort.

Other Thoughts: Wish I would have kept the box, now I have a paperweight board I probably won't be able to RMA as I have no idea where I put the paperwork and other parts to the board. Not sure what happened to be honest. I turned it on, left the room for 2 seconds, walked back in and nothing. Tried with different cpu backup I took out of another working machine, nothing, tried new power supply, still nothing. It was my first try using Asrock products, will remember next time to keep the box in case something goes wrong. Back to the drawing board.....

Pros: The only 2011-v3 Mini ITX motherboard. Allows you to build a very powerful yet portable system.

USB 3.1

Cons: The bundled CPU cooler isn't quite good enough in my experience. My 5820K idles at around 45C.

One design flaw I have found so far is there is a fan connector right behind the PCI-E slot. When I had a fan connected to it my video card could not be seated all the way. So this fan connection is useless for me.

Pros: I had no issues with this board, it also overclocks really well, I easily pushed my 5820k to 4.2ghz, I'll need some better cooling to go higher. The size factor by no means hiders the OCing performance.

Cons: The heatsink it comes with is pretty bad, but it'll work just fine if you aren't OCing, but the Idle temps will be high. I replaced it with a h105 using the waterblock the board comes with.

Pros: Installed this in a node 304. Provided CPU cooler is nice not really built for OC'ing. Included water block bracket is nice if you want water cooling. Nice features. Well built.

Cons: Provided air cooler not suitable for real OC'ing. Sata port orientation aggravating. In the node 304 case I was only able to use three of the ports as they are horizontally orientated not vertically. This limited the amount of hard drives I was able to install.

Pros: It is small and sexy and allows for major core count in a small form factor.

Cons: I have been having thermal issues with this system for a while now. I am not overclocked and yet my CPU temps are around 39-42 IDLING. Its not the CPU. I just checked. The motherboard idles in a room of 22c (ish) at 44c. My system is incredibly loud and the poor H100i is running at max to reduce temps. I am returning this if I cant find fix. Not buying Asrock product again.

Other Thoughts: Something is wrong with my board. First, and likely LAST Asrock product. :(

Pros: - lga2011 connectivity in a small form factor - you can connect many devices via pcie / sata / usb
- onboard m.2 ultra slot lets you run your OS/boot drive over pciex2 at speeds beyond sata3 6Gbps
- ability to run intel i7 or xeon cpus up to 18 cores
- supports 32GB DDR4 (the only mini-itx i know of that goes over 16GB)
- you can load up this board with ultra-high-performance power-hungry parts and still have a very green machine that only uses the power it needs - very comprehensive power and heat management options
- comes with dynatron r24 cpu cooler, which is a very good cooler

Cons: no cons, only a wishlist:
- WISH there were 4xDDR4 slots
- WISH there were just a few more SATA ports
but hey, it's a mini-itx and they already crammed everything you really need onto the board

Other Thoughts: i built a portable minibeast around this board.
i wanted a machine that i could use for any purpose: gaming, hosting VMs, and media. i already had separate machines for each of those but wanted to see if i could make one machine for everything.
i used top quality parts throughout, and had ZERO compatibility issues everything worked first time, and has worked with no issues in the month i've been running the machine.

If you're interested in using 32GB RAM, the max supported on this board, there are some issues. because DDR4 is quad-channel, the RAM makers are selling non-ECC (consumer) RAM only in packages of 4 sticks. (hopefully that has changed by the time you read this.) the only package i could find of 2x16GB sticks was ECC RAM. to use ECC RAM, you have to have a server-class CPU. so i ended up with a xeon e5-1650v3 rather than the i7-5820K just for the ECC RAM support.

- CPU cooler: dynatron r24 60mm (it comes with the board) [N82E16835114134] this is in fact a very good cooler and in many builds will be your best choice. it has a 60mm fan. if you have height clearance for one the larger dynatron coolers that fits narrow ILM (they have others with 80 and 92mm fans), i would recommend it for less noise
- HDs: 2x TOSHIBA PH3400U-1I72 4TB 7200 RPM (with room for 2 more)
- BD: ASUS BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS [N82E16827135247]
- M.2 drive: SAMSUNG SM951 M.2 256GB [N82E16820147425] (you should GET THIS drive with this board! direct connection to pciex2 is faster than sata3! this drive is AHCI, and if you can get an NVMe one, it should be even faster)
- VGA: MSI GTX 780Ti GAMING [N82E16814127770]

Pros: x99 platform in an Mini-ITX form factor opens up so many possibilities.
It seems stable,
Unlike other ITX boards, it has a CPU Fan header and two Sys fan headers.

Cons: Only supports two memory modules, but tests have shown that this has little impact in real world applications.
The CPU Socket is a Narrow ILM socket. It won't fit all coolers, however, I found that the bracket that is supplied with the board works with the Corsair H100i with a bit of creativity.
The way the wifi card and antennas mount is a bit janky.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you are using an adequate power supply. My 600w SFX PSU was not able to power a 5960x on this board.

Pros: Runs with small footprint i7-5960X and more expensive V3 Xeon CPU's with state of the art Supplements like USB 3.1. Performance close to the top for these processors.

Cons: Performance not as good as that of an upmarket ATX solution for the V3 processors. The restraints of the size makes assembly a long lengthy process. A few slight problems when I overclocked. A somewhat defective PSU also very noisy so I have to reorder and replace. But the machine works fine as is!! Fastest wireless I have seen!

Other Thoughts: I bought from Newegg the Asrock MB, the case used by Asrock for their demonstration, an M2 drive, memory, the short GTX 960, PSU and so forth. First I assembled everything I could onto the MB which requires much time due to the small size and tweezers, high end pliers to screw spacers into the MB and tiny screwdrivers and powerful flashlights and space in front of a computer so you can watch generic how to videos when you get stuck and read the blown up to bigger size printed manual on the monitor. Then I installed the completed MB into the case trying to attach all lead ins for power reset front USB and the like. For all of this I had help from persons in my family with more nimble and smaller fingers. No rocket science need only an appreciation of the tiny space little room to maneuver restraints. Be sure to install an M2 Drive in the special slot as your ONLY drive until the op system works perfectly. Cheap M2s are only $80 with very good performance or you can spurge and get top speed for high end performance. The M2 is your fastest part of the MB.

Pros: THIS BOARD IS COMPLETELY, RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME. THE ASROCK DEV TEAM TOTALLY OUTDID THEMSELVES . THIS IS WHAT OTHER ITX MOBOS ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO BECOMING. ULTRA LAN BOX, ULTRA HTPC, OR EVEN A SUPERB MINI SERVER. GAMING? GO HIGH END NVIDIA/AMD. USB 3.1? FUTURE-PROOFED. I'M BUILDING AT LEAST 3 OF THESE MONSTERS FOR THE FAMILY. WELL DONE ASROCK!

Cons: NONE WHATSOEVER.

Other Thoughts: JUST WAITING ON FUTURE BIOS UPDATES FOR INTEL NEXT CPUs. CURIOUS TO KNOW IF BROADWELL/SKYLAKE MAKES THE CUT FOR THIS CHIPSET.
