Other Thoughts: My brother wanted FULL windows 7 support for his new dual-boot win 7/win 10 build so he went with the older 1150 over 1151. What he wanted was 2 USB 3.0 headers so he could use his case ports and a card reader and as many SATA ports as possible. With his use this board has had no issues, except with the location of the IDE AUX power port as it was almost impossible to hook up in his case. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: Turning on and off the HDD Saver freezes my system. There isn't a version of their A-Tuning software for Windows 10, so in the meantime I'm using the version from their 8.1 downloads page. Waiting for an update to 10 to see if the freezing goes away. Other Thoughts: Considering it is approaching its end of life, the Z97 chipset is very well represented here with the updated Extreme6. Cons: This was the 2nd ASRock mobo that arrived defective. The 1st was RMA'd - NEWEGG treats its customer very well. This one went into the trash. Probably not the best financial move, but the child in me enjoyed it. :-) Other Thoughts: I will continue to use NEWEGG, ASRock, I don't think so.
