Pros: Great board that fits Supermicro cases nicely, particularly the CSE-513L-420 (exact fit, including the port configuration). I would give 5 eggs, except for the issue noted below.
Cons: The list of supported processors on Supermicro's site and here on Newegg (taken from Supermicro's site) is inaccurate. We purchased a 45nm core2 duo to go with this board (supposedly supported), but noooooo. The system won't POST. Calling Supermicro's tech support reveals the truth. The MB will NOT support any processor (even on the approved list) with less than a 65nm process. It's quite an irritation to have to next-day a new processor at this point, and there is no excuse for not specifying the EXACT processors that are supported.
Other Thoughts: The Supermicro tech was knowledgeable and wryly noted that Intel came out with 7 different processor "lines" for the 775 socket! Given that, let's get on the ball, people, and tell us EXACTLY which processors are and are not supported. Also, no BIOS upgrade can solve this problem! 65nm or larger!
