Pros: - Good layout
- OUTSTANDING technical support from superMicro ( 5 minute turn-around on email technical questions!)
- Fits like a glove into extended tower case
- PCI Express 2.0 x 16 (Quadro NVida GPU...)
- Ready for E5620 CPUs

Cons: - Needs a quick update on bios. Painless, and I've never had a board that didn't require an update. The computer does boot up with the e5620s, but when I was informed of the recent BIOS update... I took it.
- Prior to BIOS update I managed to crash the computer once during some HEAVY play-time/testing. Haven't had a crash since though (and I typically run it at capacity).

Pros: IPMI, PCIE x8 and x16, dual LGA 1366, Tylersburg - it has everything I need.

Cons: The Cons field must not be empty

Other Thoughts: Over the last 11 months I've gotten 6 of these motherboards to use in my test lab. I love the IPMI, too.
With one of these boards, a couple of Xeon E5620's, and 12 Gig of DDR3 1333 ECC RAM you've the guts of an extremely powerful machine for $1400.
