5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: this motherboard has lasted me 5 years at this point and it still works well. I don't use the computer for much gaming but I do use it to encode DVD's using Nero. It has an Intel Pentium E2180 Allendale 2GHz 65W Dual-Core and 2 gigs of DDR2 ram installed in the motherboard. I can have multiple programs open and the computer rarely hangs-up, slows down, or freezes. Nowadays this would be considered a low-end build but it is still a lot better than the low end computers at everyone's local superstore

Cons: no cons, motherboard performs the way it was intended per the specs and is long-lasting.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Motherboard

Pros: Very good motherboard does games very well! I was playing FSX and Need for Speed using the on board graphics and it does not do bad but its best if you get a graphics card for it! I will be ordering one from Newegg very soon!

I am running a Pentium 4 HT 3.0GHz with 2GB of ram and a 80GB Western Digital Hard Drive!

Cons: Not for overclocking and only supports 2GB of ram!

Other Thoughts: Get it! This motherboard is very very fast!

4 out of 5 eggsGood but big Con must read

Pros: Replaced an old Foxconn motherboard with this one for a friend and put in a core 2 duo{2.2ghz} for him and it works great. Make sure you read the cons though because you don't want to have to go through the headache I had too.

Cons: In the Foxconn software if you choose too install the drivers one at a time like it says you will have no sound and you will have to do a full reformat of the os to get any. When you get to the software you must click at the bottom install all and that is the only way to get sound.

Other Thoughts: imo I would spend alittle more to get more ram slots

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but not for overclocking

Pros: This board is very good as far as MicroATX boards go, especially for the price it's going for. The four SATA ports are definitely a bonus with this one.

Cons: If you're looking for a good MicroATX board for overclocking, this is not the one. I was only able to get the FSB up to 222MHz on my E2180 and P4 CPUs before it wouldn't POST anymore.

5 out of 5 eggsReally Nice Budget Board

Pros: This Board works rather well with the 1.6 celeron, 1gb crossair, 250gb, rosewill case - computer puts out (per pcpitstop.com) est. 8000 cpu performance, 9000 ram, video 370, and 50mb hd performance. No these are not gaming number, but not bad considering all these parts cost only 200 bucks. Overclocked to 2gz/834mhz bus. Rock Solid, not the first issue. Driver worked on first install directly from CD. Installed with Windows XP Home sp1 - then updated to current sp3. No issues.

Cons: Windows Updates (by itself) takes longer than to finish than the total time of building the computer, installing windows and like 20 other software titles.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you have the most current version of which ever OS you go with so it doesnt take you 2+ hours to do Operating System Updates.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat board for Win Home Server

Pros: Foxconn makes great boards, and their documentation (the giant map) takes any mystery out of where the connections go. Running 2GB DDR2 667, P4 3.4, and the Rosewill 775 heatsink. My server is humming away quietly in the server closet. All the drivers for WHS which is based on Server 2k3 loaded without any problems.

Cons: overclocking was a little shaky, so i turned it off, but other than that this board is great.

5 out of 5 eggsFixing sound problems

Pros: Nice board layout and blown up picture of motherboard map. Nice over clocking features with software. Fired up out of the box with no problems except for sound. I put in 2 (1G) ddr2 800 memory with no problems, even though the documentation doesn't have it listed. High quality for the money... Great sound

Cons: No floppy cable, only one IDE but thats pretty typical. Had to re-install OS (XP) due to no sound, I figured this out after loading Ubuntu Live CD and had sound, linux picked up the drivers. When you load the board drivers YOU MUST select "install all" (tiny little icon lower left)and not try to do them in order. If you try to do as they say you are pretty well done at that point, only format and re-install will fix the problem. Very nice integrated sound though, very clear, no cracking, and software is flawless. Haven't figured out how to connect the speaker wire but I do not usually hook it up anyway.

Other Thoughts: A great board for the money and the board driver install feature will annoy a lot of people. Hopefully they read this first.... Sorry "Nice board but sound is dead" post, I read it to late. Overclocking parameters need to established, They will not hold unless set through the bios and I haven't figured that out yet.

3 out of 5 eggsNice board but sound is dead

Pros: Small, easy to install, paperwork included was very easy to interpret. Foxconn provides a "poster" showing layout of the board and its connectors.

Cons: Integrated sound was dead out of the box. Driver disk loaded sound drivers but no speaker appeared in corner by clock, I downloaded latest drivers off their site, installed and speaker appeared but still no sound. Have no idea what is wrong. Will add aftermarket sound card and probably get better sound anyway. I don't want to hassle with RMA and additional wait on new board. Computer is present for daughter's birthday.

Other Thoughts: Nice layout of board. I like that springloaded heat sinks are removable to add fans if necessary.
