Foxconn M61PMV AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Needed to sell a rig that had an AM2+ mobo died, needed to replace it fast and this fit the bill the cheapest.

Cons: None really.

Pros: Worked great at first

Cons: It worked well for 15 months then died. Won't boot. Very common now days with MB's. Especially if they are left on for hours on end.

Other Thoughts: I've been through this so many times I take it for granted with MB's. None of them last all that long and it's good most come with a 3 year warranty. It's cheap to send them back and get a replacement.

Pros: None

Cons: Did not work out of the box

Other Thoughts: First and last bit of equipment I will buy from Foxconn.

Pros: Needed an AM2 board to replace a board in an HP. Form factor was right, has decent onboard video.

Cons: It worked for about 3 months and gives no post or anything.

Pros: Installed easy, works great, fit my needs for a replacement board and got to keep CPU and RAM

Pros: cant say, its DOA

Cons: Motherboard came DOA which happens... HOWEVER, neweggs RMA service is a joke the cost to ship it back (to america I might add) is more than it costs to buy with the free shipping i got it with. unacceptable, when I get the new one I purchased (because it was the same price as the rma label) I will never shop here again

Pros: - Great Ideal
- Small, take anywhere with you design
- Has both micro and mini usb

Cons: - Made of plastic
- Thin wires

Other Thoughts: The plastic on the mini usb broke after using it one day as a keychain (it still works but the usb connection is exposed). If it was made from a more durable plastic it would be a great.

Pros: Great price, excellent packaging, drivers, and documentation.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Had a power supply go bad and took the motherboard with it. I have an older AMD AM2 processor that I hated to scrap. This motherboard had everything that i needed.

Other Thoughts: perfect replacement for mobo with bad cap

Pros: I've been using this motherboard for almost 2 weeks, and it's working fine. My old motherboard & power supply died, and I was using an AMD Athlon X2 5200+ Microprocessor, so I didn't want to spend a lot for a motherboard. This board was perfect. It's smaller than my old Gigabyte motherboard and so it was easy to fit into my case.

Cons: It's not a big deal, but the motherboard didn't have a pin out set for my case speaker. Also, I had a little trouble configuring the power LED - my case had a 3-wire connector instead of 2. These were minor things. I wish I could have given it 4-1/2 eggs...didn't want to take a whole egg off for this.

Other Thoughts: So far, so good. My system seems to be running a bit faster.
