5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board!

Pros: 1. Price
2. Gb Lan
3. Power Usage

Cons: 1. Only one PCI slot, but how many mini-itx boards have this?

Other Thoughts: I am using this in a home server setup. I have it mounted to the bottom of my desk with my PSU fan wheezing on it. Temps idle at 32-33C and peak at about 40C. I am able to pull 60-70MB/s from a Raid1 array which is more than I expected. Also with 3 Hard Drives and an Antec Greenpower 380W PSU at full load I am at 36w. Idle is around 21w.

3 out of 5 eggsHEAT! Had to add a fan!

Pros: Runs Windows 7 64bit pro just fine but like most other review I had to add a fan. I liked the look of the monitoring software that came with this board. Nice simple board. This is would work great in a case that has good cooling.

Cons: This is would work great in a case that has good cooling but not in a case with no fans like I did. Windows 7 would not install until after I installed case fans. Ubuntu would install just fine but was not stable without case fans. CPU Monitoring software out of the box would crash in basic mode.

4 out of 5 eggsBig Punch Small Size

Pros: Cheap price has to be the biggest pro and the support for 2 memory slots on a mini-itx board

Easy Install - Havent had any problems with this board in terms of the hardware used with it.

Cons: CPU runs hot - I found this to be the biggest problem straight out of the box, the heat sink over the CPU runs burning hot to the touch. I found the easiest and cheapest solution to this was to simply point an 80mm fan at it.

Other Thoughts: Great board, well rounded, simple yet powerful, dont let the price of this board discourage you from purchasing it. If you are only looking to run simple things then this board is for u I have 1 acting as my router and another acting as a server.

4 out of 5 eggsRuns hot, but otherwise good

Pros: Small, cheap, low power, intel chipset/processor.

Cons: This mobo cannot be run with passive cooling for silent operation, the board just runs way to hot. You MUST provide SOMETHING to move air around the tiny heat sink they provide, or you WILL overheat. -1 star for not providing the much needed fan/bigger heat sink. Otherwise it seems pretty solid (so far).

5 out of 5 eggsStable board runs 64 bit Windows 7

Pros: small foot print, works reliably.
Installed Windows 7 64 bit on it, Taks Manager/Performance reported four CPUs.
Use little power < 40W with everything running.
I use it everyday for few months now and not having any problem with it at all.

Cons: CPU can not compare with those dual core desktop when handling large files (in my case 250 page word document in three languages editing). It is probably also due to the limit of 2GB memory (one slot).

Other Thoughts: I did put a large fan blow to the board from top with very low speed. I am very happy with this board.

1 out of 5 eggsNeeds a fan

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Runs too hot, not sure what they are slated to be able to run, but on open air workbench in BIOS these would steadily climb to 90 celcius before I finally turned them off. The tiny heatsink they put on these is clearly not good enough for prime time.
