4 out of 5 eggsGreat board, couple of flaws though...

Pros: Lots of PCI ports, great board for the time, BIOS has lots of options for overclocking. Also has 6 fan connectors. Oh and it has a one off SATA port below the PCI-e x1 connector....I wish EVERY board had that. Don't know why more don't add that, it's so awesome when you need a SATA port in an odd spot.

Cons: Very expensive considering it doesn't have SATA III or USB III (SATA III came out like a month after I bought this board, I was so frustrated).

One minor flaws that is just annoying on this board, for example, is they put the HD Audio plug in DIRECTLY above one of the PCI ports. Every PCI card has a bracket on the end so it can be held in place and fastened to the computer case. Those brackets always have two screws that secure them to the card and EVGA shaved the HD Audio port so close that there is literally about the width of a piece of paper between the PCI slot and the HD audio port. So not only would you have to bend the wires plugging INTO the HD Audio port and wrap them around somewhere else, but the PCI card can't go in because of those two screws that hold the bracket on. I had to bend every pin in the HD Audio connection upward about 20 degrees to get it to fit right. Terrible design and poor planning.

Other Thoughts: All in all for the 1366 chipset this is a pretty good board and definitely one of the best of the x58 classified (I think so anyway). It's definitely better than the 760 board for sure.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic

Pros: Great board, all the bells and whistles that you could ever need. Easy to overclock. Great color scheme. Plenty of room for any configuration that you possibly think of.

Cons: I had to go through a couple of these before I got one that worked. The first one fried and the second one , I was having problems with the cpu which in turn somehow messed up the board.

Other Thoughts: There are really no cons to speak of. It's a great board. Would buy again.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Perfect Motherboard

Pros: Great motherboard! I built many systems for customers and I had a customer who requested this board. I built him a custom phase change cooling pc. I was able to mount two cooling blocks on the cpu! One on the regular location and to my surprise you can mount one on the back too! So I gave it a shot and it is running Intel i7 975 stable at 4.8 ghz. The customer could not have been more pleased. I am glad I bought one for myself and it is brand new unopened sitting on my desk. I plan on using it for my own pc when I have the money to build my system (waiting for the Nvidia 300 series).

Cons: Limited stock as I am unable to find another one :(

Other Thoughts: I am disappointed that I am unable to find another of this motherboard anywhere. I have customers requesting it and I personally would like to have another but all i can find is the e760 right now as this model has been discontinued.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW.. This MOBO rocks

Pros: Board well laid-out. Fit everything I put on it. Fired up on first shot and load OS with no issues.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: This is my second build for me. I wanted a mobo the would take whatever I could throw at it. It took it and then some. Very nice board well worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsHigh Quality!

Pros: Rock solid a peace of equipment with high capability. I like its design. Easy to work with. Heavy, very stylish and dual 8pin connector for the CPU overclocking madness.

Cons: Expensive. NB runs hot. /bought 40mm fan solved it/

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend it for those ppl who craves quality and the best. You have to be confident to buy it if you really wants to build a high end system. I'm extremely satisfied with this motherboard. Funny thing is at first I didn't notice this is an EATX. Its barely fit into my Silverstone FT01 case which is ATX. Make sure it will fit your case. Otherwise your gonna lose plenty of SATAII connection. :)

1 out of 5 eggsVERY BAD EXPERIENCE W/ NEWEGG

Pros: none - but not EVGA's fault

Cons: I purchased the Limited Ed. (E759) and recieved the regular version (E760) from Newegg. Newegg would not cross-ship or hold the E759 for me. It will take about 15 days to get money back from Newegg to reorder the E759 and Newegg may be out of them by that time. If they do have one it will then take another week to get the E759.

Other Thoughts: I was planning on purchasing over $5000 worth of items to build my new i7 computer from newegg. Now I'm not sure if I will get any more items from them. Newegg SHOULD send me the E759 while I send them the E760 back. Why should I wait and take a chance that they are out of the E759, when it is Neweggs fault. They wouldn't even let me mail the E760 back and then they send me the E759 to me. Instead I have to wait 15 days or so to get my money re-deposited and then re-order (if they even have one or they send me the right product next time). Newegg should take better care of thier customers than this -- Very disappointed in them!!!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Motherboard

Pros: Three way SLI, fast startup, 8 SATA connections, compatible for eSATA on your tower, great layout

Cons: PCI slot is blocked by large video cards

Other Thoughts: I bought this and had it installed and perfectly running, and it broke after two days for some unknown reason. I guess it was a lemon, but Newegg had an amazing return policy and I recently received my new one and it works like a charm. Not only is this one of the best motherboards you can get on the market now it is supported by Newegg which is a relief if you receive a faulty one. Im running two GeForce GTX 285 2GB GDDR3 video cards and 6GB of ram and a Intel Core i7 940 2.93GHz processor. It runs like a dream at 2560x1600 any game max settings. This is a must for someone looking to build a serious computer.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA!

Pros: Picked this board cause it looks awesome and is made by EVGA. Everything worked out of the box, couldn't be happier as this was my first computer I've assembled.

Cons: The blinking "E" blinks even when the computer is turned off.... not a big deal but it annoys me :\

Other Thoughts: Yes it's expensive, if you can't afford it get the standard EVGA X58.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The only X58 motherboard I would spend my money on, I have went through many others such as Asus Rampage, P6t, and Deluxe, Gigabyte that all failed after a few weeks. This board worked out the box and is very reliable, The previous review that complains about having to RMA 2 boards, why don't you read the compatibility list your 1200 W Thermaltake PSU is listed as not compatible with that board maybe that is why your boards did not work, I have a dual plug COOLMASTER 1100w psu that works great, great. glreat 3 GTX 260ssc in tri-sli. Very reliable board just like my 780sli for the win.I've owned for 7 months now.

Cons: Cons aside from Power supply compatibility issues I wish I had another one of these boards so I could have it bronzed and hung on my wall as the best and highest quality motherboard ever made.

Other Thoughts: Oh and this board is very fast just like previous reviewers said trust me I have went through many other brands of X58 motherboards including the EVGA X58 board that wouldn't let me into bios when pressing the DEL button. This board gives the best performance. Just ordered my Koolance Classified waterblock and will install this weekend. Get this board it is worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible Mobo

Pros: Whether you're new or not to overclocking, this board is the one for you. Plenty of support with online communities for all questions you may have.

Cons: Not really a con, but a little advice. Make sure you have a case that this board will fit in, there are good ones out there that will give you some room to fill this board up to it's potential.
