Does it come with a power supply? The package description doesn't say anything about one, other than the fact it needs one.

It doesn't include one, so you'll have to buy one or use one with micro USB plug (most android-based smartphone or tablets has one). You'll want an ac adapter with 5V and at least 1A to be safe (2A preferred). You can try plugging it into a USB port, but some ports doesn't supply enough power, so that's at your own risk.
