Easy install, great price
- Pros: The product installed easily. Used drivers on the enclosed cd to get it up and running then downloaded the most recent drivers from the ATI website. The Windows Experience Index for this product is: 4.6 for graphics and 4.9 for gaming graphics. Good scores for the price paid.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: If you are looking to build an above-average machine or upgrade from a lessor graphics card, this is a good choice. If you are looking to build a "great" gaming machine, this card is not for you. Grahpics look great and non-choppy performance when playing Guild Wars.
- Pros: Cheap price, quiet card, has worked ok, except...
- Cons: ...the TV output never worked for me. One of the reasons I purchased the card was the use of TV output. I watch a lot of streaming video and TV output is essential to me. I got tech support from ATI, simply because the card carries the ATI name on it, however a company Sapphire manufactures the card. ATI helped troubleshoot the card, however when we concluded the card needs to be replaced ATI realized that it's a Sapphire card and I need to contact them.
- Other Thoughts: Sapphire tech support sucks big time. I have created 3 different tickets and provided them with all the information they need on 3 different occasions. They have the card SN, PN, Model, SKU and proof of purchase. This is the first time I purchased a video card other than NVIDIA and I have gone through hell to get a replacement and still waiting. I purchased this card on March 4, 2007. Unfortunately I found out about the TV output problem after the one month guarantee that newegg offers, and unfortunately I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD. BUY EITHER DIRECTLY FROM ATI OR NVIDIA. NO OTHER COMPANIES USING ATI OR NVIDIA PARTS ARE ANY GOOD AT TROUBLESHOOTING OR REPLACING THEIR DEFECTIVE CARDS.

Whats with the shipping??
- Pros: Haven't recieved it yet so i don't know
- Cons: Haven't recieved it yet so i don't know
- Other Thoughts: I ordered this card almost a wekk and a half ago and i still haven't recieved it. I paid for narmal 3-day shipping but it still isn't here. I am very surprised because i have heard so many good things about new egg's shipping being prompt...ah well
The best!
- Pros: It has all the XP user needs to play games like Fallout 3. I play it on high with anti-aliasing off. No probs! If you need more than that then you will needs to spend a bit more.
- Cons: Can't play Fallout 3 on ultra-high! need $50+ more dollars and have to up (or downgrade) to Vista depending how you look at it . Thank Bill Gates!
Great Combo Price/Performance
- Pros: This is absolutley the best card for the performance in the sub $50.00 price range.
"EXCELENT BUDGET GAMER CARD."
Out of the box driver support sufficient
TV - out worked great component to HD projector I was playing CS:S on a 104" in minutes... wouldn't recommend, it made me sick!
Fan is quiet, not silent.. but not that noticable
(Ram helps this card a lot)
Quake 3 - fair to good, not perfect World of Warcraft - Smooth at almost all high settings All Steam Application games - HL2, CS:S, and Older Max everything.
- Cons: For the price... Nothing, just drop the card in, and start gaming. XP or Vista without a hitch.
- Other Thoughts: When looking at other reviews I have to wonder why people are so stuck on performance without taking into account price. This is a gaming card... for last generation games!
