5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Bought one of these gems to replace the onboard ProSavage Graphics in this computer I am building on a budget and it has turned out to be a really great card. Using FRAPS to monitor FPS, I get around 70-90 FPS playing JK2:JO on highest settings. This is now officially one of my favorite cards, and it isn't even one of the best. The value just can't be beat.

4 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I was looking for a relatively cheap card for a second older gaming system so I gave this 9200 a try. GPU/Memory speed is stated here at 250/400, but 3DMark03 and 3DMark2001SE read it as 200/200 on the card that I got. Im using it to play Call of Duty will all settings maxed and 1024x768 resolution and gameplay is great. It runs great on the system below, but should run evern better on a newer system.

Intel D850GB motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 processor @ 2.0Ghz - 400MHz FSB - 512 L2 cache
Samsung 768MB PC800 RDRAM
Western Digital 80GB special edition

4 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I was impressed by this little card. It's probably one of the best budget cards out there. Visual quality is pretty good and performance is good. I do wonder how it would stack up to a 9600se since they're a little close in price. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that it gave me some strange driver issues. After 4 different driver releases, I finally found one that liked me. If you're on a budget, spend just a little bit more and get this card. You won't be disspointed. But if you want to spend just little more than that, try the 9600se.
And buy it from Newegg. YOU CANNOT RESIST THE NEWEGG.

4 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Great little card. I bought it for a home theater PC and it is just great. Replaced a GeForce 4 Ti4400. This card runs MUCH cooler, and is completely silent. I couldn't be happier with its performance. I doubt it is very good for gaming, however.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Swapped out a GF2 MX400 for this card. So far, nice crisp images. Don't game much, so I can't tell you how it performs. For about $8 more the 128M upgrade from 64M version is worth it. Hynix RAM, and no fan is a PLUS! As usual, New Egg's service is excellent bar none!!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat quiet card

Comments: I bought this card for the same reason BadLeroy2000 did, because it's quiet. I put it in a Shuttle system I built for my brother.

I was simply shocked at this card's gaming capabilities. I have a Radeon 9700Pro in my 2600+ AMD system. But this card (combined with a 2400+ and a gig of RAM) does pretty good itself. It can play the new UT2004 demo at 1024x768x32 with everything maxed out with barely a skip.

One tip for US residents: There’s a jumper switch to choose either PAL or NTSC for the tv-out. Mine was set for PAL so I had to change it to NTSC since I live in the US.

5 out of 5 eggsNice TV-Out for HTPC

Comments: Bought this card for a HTPC I'm building for two reasons. One is the lack of fan which will create noise. Two is because af ATI's better quality in TV-Out for which I am using this card for. I will probably be using it sparingly for 3d Gaming. Hopefully later on down the line I can hook this baby up to a HDTV, till then S-Vid will suffice.

HTPC Specs:
Athenatech A100SC.200 Case
Asus A7N266-VM AA
Athlon XP 1700+
COOLERMASTER DP5-7JD1B-0L
CRUCIAL 256MB DDR 2100
Lite-On 16x DVD-ROM Blk
Seagate HDD 120GB
Sapphire 9200 128MB
