5 out of 5 eggsThree Hundred Fifty $ Card For Sub Two Hundred

Pros: Well the obvious, it's an 850xt pe. They're still flashable and the process couldn't be simpler. I run this with an artic cooling silencer and it never gets above 60c at any given time (even under full load).

Cons: If you upgrade to an artic cooling silencer, be sure it will fit with all of your other MOBO components. I ended up filing the plastic memory release in order for the card and cooler to fit. Not a major problem, just a little annoying.

Other Thoughts: Search forums for the .iso to create a bootable CD to flash the bios if you want to do this

5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Cheap
Fast
Easy 16 pipe unlock

Cons: Fan is loud running full out

Other Thoughts: I was able to unlock the pipes without issue. Mine "only" goes to 520/590 even with the fan running 100%. That is very loud by the way, so I wouldn't recommend it. At OCed speeed mine idles at 35C, and loads at 65C with the fan at 60% I can finally play FEAR(coming from a 9800), and I can play UT2004 with maxed ingame settings and 6xAA, and 16xAF. Installing Quake4 as I write this.

5 out of 5 eggsSo fast it makes me cry..

Pros: 12 pipes unlock to 16 pipes with no issue. Overclocks like crazy -- Mine OC's to 560 core 590 mem stable. 7195 3Dmark05 scores. SICK! 7800gt territory...

Cons: Each video chip is different though. Two other people I know OC'd to 510/560 and 600/600 stable respectively. So Know that it's part gamble. Stock HSF is plenty loud. Buy a Zalman VF700 or Arctic Cooler ASAP.

Other Thoughts: Couldn't ask for more from a bargain.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card, Great Price

Pros: Best card for its cost. Successfully flashed the BIOS and overclocks well. I managed to run a 520 mhz core speed and a 590 mhz memory speed, somewhere in the X850 XT range. I have heard of people able to clock them to 540 core/590 memory, that of an X850 XT PE. So for xxx bucks (I had the xx$ rebate) it is a great buy.

Cons: Nothing really that would advert one from buying this card, except its partially luck on how much your particular card can overclock.

Other Thoughts: The poor mans X850 XT (PE). Unless you've got the cash and want to spend it on an X1 series, you can't go wrong with this card.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty good deal. Though think about a 7800GT

Pros: Unlocked to 16P no problem.
OC 550 Core - 600 Memory

A64 3200+ @ 2300
1GB RAM

6531 in 3DMark05.

Cons: The 7800GT is very close in price and is going to perform better as long as you're not an ATI fanboy.

Other Thoughts: I'm loving it in my micro ATX case with the Arctic Cooling AT5. Running 52-55C full load.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice card

Pros: Unlocks to 16 pipelines without even the hint of a problem. Overclocks like crazy. *The* best video card you can buy for the money. Getting on of these in the neighborhood of $200 and getting $450 performance is nothing to complain about.

Overclocked to 500/600 GPU/Mem.

Cons: None whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: System Specs:
Sempron 2800+ (300x8)
Abit NV8
1GB Patriot (200MHz, 3:2 divider)
Sapphire GTO2

3DMark05 stock settings on GTO2: 4400
3DMark05 unlocked 16 pipes: 5000
3DMark05 unlocked 16 pipes and overclocked to 500/600 GPU/Mem: 6100

Graphics card gets up to around 65C under load. Might want to invest in an Arctic Silencer...

Overclocked an all, it runs DoD:S at the *highest* settings (6x AA, 16x AF, HDR, 1280x1024x32) at around 30 FPS in stock maps (Argentan, Anzio, Donner, etc.)

5 out of 5 eggsUNBELIEVEABLE

Pros: B.E.A.UTIFUL! card awesome graphics..card unlocked to 16pipes very please about it. Can't go wrong, don't confuse this card with the x800gto. the gto2 version can be unlocked the x800gto or gto version cannot. Wickedly fast scored a 9300 in 3dmark03 very very pleased. For the money it was very well spent. I would recommend buying the artic cooler 5 rev.2 for this card. Espically if your going to overclock, and yes the fan does become annoying. Its a good thing I have a 2.1 speaker setup gotta love a subwoofer.

Cons: NONE TO LIST....BUY THE CARD WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR!

Other Thoughts: CAN'T BEAT IT.....Awesome grahpics 16x Antistrophic filtering - 8x AA beautiful detail 1152*846

5 out of 5 eggsAn excellent product

Pros: Flashed to 16 pipelines easily! My computer is not very well cooled so I could not overclock as high as most but I still got it pretty darn high.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: If you plan to get this card and flash the bios as well as overclock then get make sure you have proper cooling.
