5 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal,

Pros: Again as always, Newegg comes out yet again with great deals. This card clocks well, runs pretty cool and is very stable. No glitches so far. With the Ati catalyst installed, you can overclock it with auto configuration or manually. Yes this card is pretty big. Had to move the HD's down to make sure it fit. Fan runs well and seems to adjust speeds as temps change. Hungry for power as other users have mentioned. It does tell you to use a 550W or highr PSU so, Best make sure you do so. All in all, this card gets a great vote from me and not just because of the other users input, just because I now have it, use it and and its working properly.

Cons: No crossfire bridges....Don't know why either

Other Thoughts: Seriously thinking about another for crossfire

5 out of 5 eggsHungry but fast

Pros: Fast - Able to max out the quality in numerous games when overclocked (see Other Thoughts).
Moddable - Upping the core is easy with modded BIOS's.
Cheap - Nothing comes close in its price range with 512MB of memory.
Sound over HDMI - same as the 2900XT
Cool in 2D - Runs 47C in 2D mode with custom BIOS (297MHz core/301MHz mem)

Cons: Hot - 80C+ under full load in 3D mode with stock cooler.
Power hungry - My 12V line sags as low as 11.5 to 11.7 volts under 3D load.
Recessed core - Makes it difficult to add an aftermarket cooler.

Other Thoughts: Using modded BIOS, I was able to clock the card stable (with my stressed power supply) at 742MHz core/942MHz(1884) memory. I could probably get more, but the stock cooler and weak my power supply are holding me back. PSU is a Skyhawk PowerONE 520SC.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat. cheap card

Pros: Plays every game I've thrown at it on high except Crysis which needs shadows on medium to stay smooth.

Cons: Heats up a lot, can't OC as much as I was hoping s it gets pretty warm, but i don't care much.

Other Thoughts: This is a cheap card that can match the old 8800 gts "not the new g92". I highly recommend this card.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: excellent graphics lag free on high res MMOs and fan is super quiet.

Cons: power hog

Other Thoughts: as the box says get a 550+ PSU or else youre gonna be replaceing it every day. i went through 2 500 watt befor i bought a 650 and seems to be working fine.

5 out of 5 eggsSimply Awesome!

Pros: Price vs performance is extraordinary, easy install, powerful card for the price, works with 6pin and 8pin, looks amazing, feels worth every penny, cranks out awesome numbers, crossfired eats up everything.

Cons: no crossfire bridges or 8 pin adapter included no HD video offload. other than these two things with my experience with ATI cards, NOTHING.

Other Thoughts: i upgraded from a 2600XT from sapphire that was 128Bit 256MB DDR4 with everything on high and AA on with COD4 would run about 20FPS, this thing ran 75 maxed out of the box with no tweaking. running AMD 6000+ at 3.2Ghz, 4GB Buffalo Firestix at 1100Mhz, MSI K9A Platinum MBD, 2x WG 7200RPM Cavaliers 500GB HDD's in RAID, 750W XVS Ultra Modular PSU, 7.1 Diamond Diablo Sound Card, Merc Stealth KBD, A4Tech 750F 2500DPI Lazer Mouse, Razer eXactmat pro, Dell 22" WS Monitor and now 2 of these beautiful monsters... seriously for this price vs performance, i see none better, benches higher than 3850's and is on par with 3870's for ninety bucks less... get em now before they are gone!!

5 out of 5 eggsRadeon2900Pro

Pros: Great card by itself. Im running one on an MSI K9A Platinum with 4gb OCZ Reaper, with a Athalon 64 X2 5800+. I can run Crysis and COD4 on all High with a few very high and no lag.

Cons: Tried Crossfiring two of them on Vista32 and couldn't get it to work. Looked for hours and couldn't find a solution.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent value

Pros: Great bang for the buck. More ambitious users will find the components on this board to be quite accommodating.

Cons: A bit power hungry. I had to upgrade my power supply before it ran stably. Definitely a long board, make sure you have room in your case!

Other Thoughts: Be aware that this is not the original 512-bit version of the 2900 PRO that debuted last year.
