HAUKEN
- Pros: plays EVERYTHING at highest details no problem
- Cons: none for me this card didn't even give me troubles on the windows 7 switch
- Other Thoughts: this thing w/o crossfire pulls 60fps in dalaran w/max graphics settings in WOW Very Nice
Runs very hot
- Pros: Works well, bought two and ran them crossfire. I was running crisis in highest settings (1920x1080 resolution) with very little lag.
- Cons: This thing scares me.....runs really hot, around 80 c when playing games and around 60 while idling. Also it seems to have some odd glitches in games (Red faction Guerrilla lags horribly didn't get a ton of time to test it out on other games.) I sent the cards back because I am worried they will damage my motherboard or they will just have a very short life span themselves.) And because they are terribly buggy, I haven't tested all my games but they run poorly or with strange glitches.
- Other Thoughts: I have checked on Ati's site.....apparently these cards are supposed to be safe running up to temperature's of 110 degrees C (that's around 230 degrees F!) but I really do not intend to put that to the test. So if you want a Video card that can cook you breakfast while you are playing your games, I would recommend this card. If not, I would spending the extra money and getting a better card.
This card Rocks...Gamer Rating
- Pros: Plays every game on highest details,L4D,Crysis series,
Unreal 3.....etc everything works well including crossfire.
- Cons: Only thing i dont like is the length, card is long make sure you have room for a very long card.
- Other Thoughts: i've read the negative fan reports and the Doa problems Mine showed up working and the fans are no louder than any other fans in your system.
ps.i dont work here,I build 10 to 12 gaming rigs per month in shreveport la.
