Pros: I had absolutely no trouble installing this card; I installed it in a 4X slot, for that matter. Just pop the driver CD in and it works just fine, i had no trouble installing drivers or the like. It's pretty cheap, and its probably the right thing to get if you're looking to spruce up an old Pentium 4 or something like that.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Just dont put your expectations too high. For example, it depends on the other hardware of course, but with this card I was able to play street fighter 4; but the backgrounds had to be disabled. The game looked real pretty and had a nice framerate otherwise, but im just saying, dont expect to do a whole ton of high quality gaming on this. At any rate, you get what you pay for, and for this price, it isnt too bad. So, if you need one, pick it up, I recommend it anyway.

Pros: played hd videos in windows xp and 7 on slower cpus (using 5% cpu load)

Cons: Would shut off in windows XP during any 3d activity. I tried this in 3 different computers/PSU's.
In windows 7 it did the same thing but was able to recover from it, still prevented any game playing (and these are older games i was playing such as Dungeons and Dragons Online).
Came to the conclusion that it doesn't support older AGP motherboards (the one i planned on using it in was an nForce2 ultra 400 with the latest bios available to it)

Other Thoughts: If you can get this to work in your motherboard, it would be a decent AGP solution for windows vista/7 for hd playback and light gaming.

Pros: I bought this card to replace a Radeon 9600. It is a dual display setup and I needed HDTV output to connect to the component video input on my old Sony Trinitron. Of the few AGP cards available, even fewer include the HDTV connector. I have the monitor set to 480p and this card in conjunction with the Avivo software produces great quality output for all video up to 720p. I am very pleased.

Cons: This card runs much hotter than the 9600 and the fan adds noise. I also had to speed up the case fan for more cooling which adds even more noise. But I just sit further back, crank up the volume and enjoy the view.

Other Thoughts: I originally built my mobile Athlon XP based system years ago to host my OTA HDTV tuner and play music via iTunes or Internet radio. This system is more than adequate. Recently, I have watched more music videos and this card really improves the capability of the system. I find that ATI cards are very video friendly and just work.

Cons: Had many of the same issues the other 1 star reviewers had. Wouldn't allow the computer to POST from time to time, when it did it ran best without drivers. RMAed, second card acted exactly the same. Tried tons of drivers, different BIOS settings, AGP hotfix, everything. Finally gave up when ATItool reported core speed as "#J" and froze my computer. Never ran a single game for me, furmark crashed every time.

Other Thoughts: I hate to give this card a 1 egg, but its just one more heads up that it doesn't particularly work with certain motherboards. No idea why. I'll be heading back Nvidia way to replace my 7600gs, sorry ATI.

Pros: i never had a probblem with this card been runing it over 2 years . never hade a sing probblem with it .

Cons: i have no beef with this card

Other Thoughts: if you want a good cheap card this is the one to buy . :)

Pros: It works...

Cons: sometimes. This is not worth the money. I tried everything like all the others and the card slowly decayed overtime. My computer started shutting down, this became more frequent. Finally I decided to RMA it and it was 31 days. I contacted NewEgg customer service using chat and they allowed me to return. Somehow, the manufacturer offers no return support and bascially knows they have a lemon. I wonder how many of the people who gave this 4 or 5 stars if allowed to update their comment would still fee the same. Do not buy this try another.

Ok, also it seems to stay stable as long as you don't play any games or movies (doh!) I tried playing Eve Online, definitely doesn't work for long.

Pros: Works! I have an old P4 (2.53) Abit Mother Board, 2 Gig Ram. Only reason I order this is to get StarCraft 2 beta to run. DId the job.

Cons: I can't say nothing bad about it.

Other Thoughts: Added new life to my 8 year old desktop... allowed me to put off building a new pc...

Pros: The card is very aesthetically pleasing, comes with several adapters (DVI/VGA, Svideo/composite, Molex/floppy), Install was fairly painless, Good performance in older games.

Cons: Install was not plug and play, had to download new drivers from Sapphire, I'm a lazy bum so I really wanted to just install from the CD, but was having issues. Also, this is my own fault, but the GPU is limited by the processor, a measly 2.0Ghz Pentium 4. I'll have to get a new one in there ASAP.

Other Thoughts: Put some extra kick in my backup gaming rig, outperforms the 9600pro it replaced several times over, and didn't break the bank. A perfect choice for people with needs like me.

Pros: Works almost perfectly as planned! Didn't take off an egg because the flaw was mine.

Cons: My processor on the comp I bought the card for sucks, the card doesn't help the comp at all because the processor is maxed out. :(

Other Thoughts: I plan on upgrading the computer altogether. New case, Mobo, processor, and RAM. This is a GREAT APG card though, only hard thing is is finding a new mobo that's compatible with it. :( If your looking at this card and wondering if it works in an APGx4 slot, it does. I looked at alot of cards and for AGPx4 I would recommend going with this one. Within price range and a nice quality card, Thanks Newegg! I will buy more in the future and I hope they're a good a deal as this.

Pros: good upgrade for the price, drastic improvement over integrated card, 2yr. warranty that hopefully will be upheld

Cons: after 3 months or so the fan started to get louder, until finally after about 15 mo. locked up, overheated, partially melted and now i am back to integrated graphics till I get warrantied.
