5 out of 5 eggsGreat SFF Card

Pros: I have owned this card since the Summer/Fall of '09. Got it for about $40 which was a steal. It still goes for around $60-100 on some auction sites (I couldnt believe it (as of 10/2012)). I got it for a Dell Optiplex GX620 SFF that only had space for this tiny card and one PCIE slot and one regular PCI slot for the VGA adapter.

I have played many great games on this card including NFS: hot pursuit, undercover, DiRT 2, Madden 08, COD MW 1, 2, 3, and Black Ops, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, and most recently Medal of Honor Warfighter. I have also hooked it up to my 40" tv via the HDMI. I have it set up to two small monitors (15") that run extended. I would have highly recommended this card a couple years ago when I bought it since it was more relevant then and now for the same price there are better cards out there.

Cons: The only thing I really didnt enjoy was the drivers for it and especially Catalyst Control Center which has been updated regularly for the past three years but its cumbersome and laggy most of the time. Also gets pretty dusty so I like to clean it out around the heat sink and fans every year or so.

Other Thoughts: Its a great card and never gave me any problems in my old dell or the custom build I am using right now. Its been running strong and barely makes any noise.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Vid Card

Pros: Still runs smoothly even playing League of Legends, Steam, World of Warcraft, and StarCarft 2. I am able to run them on med to high settings which is really nice.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat budget card

Pros: Good performance to price ratio. (pay for what you get though)
Doesn't require a monster power supply
Low profile bracket (for those who need it... I didn't)

Cons: None in the year that I've owned it.

Other Thoughts: Been running strong for 1+ year on a 250W cheap-o psu! Able to play all the source games smoothly on med-high settings at a decent resolution.

Overall I've been very satisfied with my now very dated 4650. I'm actually building a new PC from scratch with a Radeon 6950... Sapphire of course!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: The low price for such perfomance is amazing..

Cons: the only problem ive had so far (minor) was when playing Portal 2 and was ()-------[]--------() companion cube through two protals (vertacly) and had a slight drop in FPS but that was the only time

4 out of 5 eggsGood Product

Pros: so far so good
works with 350W PSU

Cons: only ddr2
not extremely fast

Other Thoughts: For the most part I am satisfied with the 4650. It is by far the smallest card I have ever seen, even for low profile, so you should have no problems fitting it in your case. As for power requirements I have 350w psu and it works fine. I'd imagine it works well with any PSU with a 24-pin power connection. If your mainly looking to play games, maybe something like the 4670 would do you better.

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: The card in my 2006-built machine blew and while I built a new machine I bought this card to put in it for $35 and have as a gaming pc for my wife. L4D2 is the most current game run on the WinXP machine and almost every setting is at high. The card is in a PCIe 1.0 x16 slot on a 350W PSU. Drivers install went easy.

Cons: None to speak of. The machine suffered massive slow downs after I first installed the card and I ended up wiping and reinstalling windows. I can't really fault the card because I had hacked up the install a lot trying to figure out what was wrong with the old card. (It hadn't died completely.)

Other Thoughts: I'm cheap and now I'm wondering if I could have stretched the life of my 2006-machine out even farther and avoided building a new one right away.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth the low cost vs. Performance!

Pros: Low cost and low profile great for those machines that have little to no room inside this thing is about or a bit smaller insize then a poptart width & thickness, seriously its that small so it will fit in many cases. Don't under estimate the size of this thing its more powerfull then you think.

If your machine is less then top of the line then this card is a good choice.

Cons: No major cons and a few minor cons so far just have to change out the smaller mounting bracket with the larger one for my machine. Download the newest Catalyst ATI/AMD drivers from the site the CD/DVD are previous version just so you wont have any bugs.

512mb memory DDR2 with a 128-bit buss will have its limits.

Other Thoughts: First off the image quality blew me away compared to the "XFX Geforce 9800GT" cough* cough* I was using before it is so crisp and clear its amazing. My first game I fired up was Torchlight, some lighting in there I didn't notice before or maybe my other card couldn't render it but its so bright and colourfull and smooth as silk.

My next game was World of Warcraft Cataclysm, every one knows this game is 99% CPU based and graphics doesn't play to much of a role but hear me out. With shadow turned to fair everything else high/ultra pulling 60-106 FPS every where I go and pulling 38 FPS in places like Org, 2x multi-sampling in game is so potent now I don't need anything higher.

Overall web pages are crisp and clean very responsive when loading anything up and again image quality is much higher then that other card maker LOL.
