4 out of 5 eggsIf at first you don't succeed...

Pros: I bought this and like several others, the first one came with an s-video port, not an hdmi port...

I worked with newegg's customer service, and they said that they could not guaranty that if they shipped me another it would have the hdmi port. I decided to take the risk hoping that the second card would have the HDMI port so to hook up to my HD TV. The second card came in and it had the HDMI port. I installed the card and for whatever reason, the drivers for the card made vista business x64 crash on me several times, after uninstalling and downloading the drivers from windows update the card was finally working.

Card worked great with my HD TV, no issues at all. I can boot up straight to the TV and the sound and everything worked great right away.

Since the first install I have since upgraded the PC to windows 7 and the card is also working great in windows 7.

Cons: Apparently Diamond mixed up which card's they put in the boxes...first one came with an s-video slot, second one came with the advertised HDMI slot

Other Thoughts: great little card (once I got the right one) and Newegg's customer support was very helpful. They sent me an RMA ticket and a shipping label so I didn't have to pay anything to ship it back. Excellent customer service like this will keep me coming back :)

5 out of 5 eggsDescribed correctly

Pros: Works great, and I have it connected to my LCD. The picture is amazing. Then again, what I received was what was described so I feel for those who got the wrong item.

Cons: Has a little difficulty with trying to handle 2 monitors. They won't come out clean side by side.

Other Thoughts: I thought it was a great unit. Like I said I got what was described so I am a happy camper. Then again I would be mad at the manufacturer if they placed the wrong item in my box, but thats why most people who own a small computer business or just work on their own computer like new egg. The return policy is always wonderful, and easy compared to a few others I have dealt with.

1 out of 5 eggsNot as described!

Pros: Basic videocard.

Cons: This item is not described correctly by newegg.

1) There is no HDMI port (this is one of the main reasons I bought this card)
2) It only has a passive cooler, (in the description and picture there is a fan).

Other Thoughts: I would keep away from this item. Newegg did a very bad job on this one.

1 out of 5 eggsNO!

Pros: Great Card Specs listed on website!

Cons: Nothing at this time.

Other Thoughts: Just received the card I ordered, and just like the previous two posts, the card was the incorrect model, all the item numbers match up, other than the card itself. Box had a line of information that was blacked out with magic marker. Should have listened to the other posts....Oops!

5 out of 5 eggsneweg is great, but...

Pros: newegg dealt quickly and fairly with my issues. They get the five stars.

Cons: The card I received was not the one I ordered. However, the box was. The box (from Diamond and shrink-wrap sealed) had the wrong card in it; no HDMI output! Had S-video instead. I think everyone who ordered this card did so for the HDMI. Imagine my disappointment! I rma'd and was charged a restock fee, plus had to pay to ship it back. After liveChat with customer service rep the restock fee was removed and newegg sent me a return label free of charge. This kind of service will keep me buying an item or two a month like I have been.

Other Thoughts: Thank you newegg!

1 out of 5 eggsNot as advertised

Pros: Newegg usually does a very good job making sure that they accurately present all of the details to make sure that you know what you are buying--in fact that is why I prefer to buy from newegg

Cons: The card that I received matches the part number but is not the card pictured or specified on the web page. The card I received does not have a HDMI port but instead a S-video port--neither is an HDMI adapter included. Also there is not a fan for cooling but instead a passive heat spreader.

Other Thoughts: Considering the number of more advanced cards available in the same price range, the primary reason that you would even consider this card (or any 3450 series card) is to install in a motherboard with integrated ATI 3200 video for a HTPC in order to take advantage of Hybrid CrossFireX. Not having the HDMI port significantly reduces the value of this card--at least for me. I don't understand why ATI doesn't build a solid 3400 series card that really adds performance to the 780G chipset.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Bought this card for a HTPC. Big plus...the hdmi input. No pricey adapter needed. Works great with my panasonic 42" viera tv. Dont play pc games so all I can say is this is a cheap card that works great for running a HTPC.

Cons: None.

4 out of 5 eggsFits

Pros: Fits in a low profile case (HP Slimline). It came with a low profile bracket even though the description doesn't show it. very easy to install. Only low profile card to have 512mb of ram. plays COH a little better than the built in nvidia6150se. Has HDMI output which looks really slick on 32"HD LCDTV.

Cons: Designed as a mainstream card. Wished it produced higher fps. Slimline case gets a little warmer

Other Thoughts: AMD dual core 5000+, 2gb memory.

5 out of 5 eggsSlick Card

Pros: This card us uber easy to setup and it produces good clean images on my 42" Toshiba 1080p LCD.

Cons: Not really a con but they could make it fanless. I bought it for the HDMI output and not having to mess with DVI->HDMI adapters that most have trouble with. Also doesnt come with a low profile bracket but if you remove the bracket and VGA it will fit fine in a low profile HTPC.

Other Thoughts: At first I tried to install the latest catalyst drivers and the audio over HDMI didnt work for the life of me, but I just popped in the disk that came with it and let it run, all good after that. I could have saved myself about 12 hours of work by just using the disk in the first place. Windows XP SP2 AMD 3400+, 2 GB RAM
