2 out of 5 eggsASUS messed this up.

Pros: Looking at the stats, this card is pretty decent for its price.
Doesnt require external PCI-E power.
Small.

Cons: The card would not run any of my games with decent FPS (CoD4 ran with 20FPS; using my older 8800GT I get constant 160FPS) so I assumed the card to be faulty. I contacted ASUS tech support and we went through the usual steps of checking the card and drivers and so on. Eventually he told me to send it to them for repairs or replacement which I did (a month had passed since purchase so I couldnt send it to newegg). Cost me $15 to ship it to them and then 2 weeks later they sent it back and lo and be hold, the card still doesnt work for my games, nor did I receive any kind of note on what they did with the card, just a shipping slip. So I'm assuming they got it, then boxed it up and shipped it back to me; wasting my time and money. Never buying another ASUS product again.

Other Thoughts: I also bought an ASUS motherboard and screen from newegg, both have annoying quirks. No longer an ASUS fan, never had these kind of problems in the past.

Manufacturer Response:

ASUS SUPPORT TEAM

5 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: Easy install. Good card for the money. I bought the MSI version to replace a ATI HD3600. My son liked that one so much, he took it. I bought the Asus for my pc. Asus makes a great product. I have never had a bad product from Asus. Good card for over all performance. Not designed for hard core users. HDMI is a nice touch in this price range.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Buy this card. Do not think about it. I run Windows XP ME 2005. Card works great with it.

5 out of 5 eggsMore than what I expected

Pros: Great piece of equipment, I expect no less from ASUS. Just like the slogan says "Rock solid". Small for the power you get out of it; I played Crysis on high graphics with it fairly lag-less.

Cons: None at the moment.

Other Thoughts: GREAT power for a cheap video card, the HDMI is the cherry on top.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: Easy to install, runs FSX and Acceleration on ULTRA HIGH everything.

Cons: Internal S/PDIF cable occasionally gets in the way of the fan, after internal hardware changes. Just an annoyance that is easily fixed and only caused when you move stuff around.
