5 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal Great Card

Pros: Solid material using card just like other Asus products, the cooler may seem small on the picture, but it is actually pretty huge with a 5.8oz cooper base. The core temp is around 50`C on full load under defult frequency.

Cons: Very HUGE card, may have conflict with your 2.5" docks or SATA/IDE plugs on the motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsLinux Ready

Pros: Ubuntu worked right out of the box on this card with dual display setup. Further, once upping to the non-free drivers, I get temperature monitoring, and a whole slew of other goodies.

Cons: It's big. Make sure your case is big enough.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: - Runs the latest games at high resolution on max settings. I have played, borderlands, left4dead2, bioshock and other older games and they look beautiful and run perfectly at max settings.

Cons: This care is long be careful if you are trying to fit in in a small case you should be ok but it is possible that you might have trouble fitting it in.

5 out of 5 eggsHuge card but powerful

Pros: 448 bit memory bandwidth.
Temperature.
260 GPU.

Cons: Huge card.
2x PCI power inputs.
Restricts airflow inside case.

Other Thoughts: I didnt really assess my case before purchasing 2 of these cards. (Antec 900) Although both did fit, I was forced to move a harddrive and reroute the majority of the power cables. My PSU had only 2 6 pin PCI outputs so I was forced to use 2 molex connectors (4 TOTAL MOLEX GONE for the second card). Howerver at the end of the day this card was worth it. Great win7 support, screams in OpenGL, and stays cool despite its restriction of airflow in the case.

I'm using these cards for little/no gaming- mostly for 3d design applications (CAD, Sketchup, 3ds, CS4) and its OpenGL support it great; its rendering textures and shadows faster than any card Ive used previously (mostly ATI).

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great price. Works well.

Cons: Yes as others mentioned, it's very long. They could have trimmed some of it and double decked it or something. The supposedly universal manual is very outdated. This card has 2 aux power input. You have to connect both. I had no idea at first. Since they only supplied one adapter, I assumed you only needed one. But after doing some reading around the net...found out you need to supply power to both.

Other Thoughts: Update the manual

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT!!!

Pros: Very good card, just installed it. I have an average system AMD X2 4600+, 2GBB DDR2-667MHZ, ASUS M2N Nforce 570. Every new game I installed untill now works perfect on full settings ( Resident evil5, Prototype, etc)

Cons: Very Big and I had to change te PSU for it to work :D

Other Thoughts: Buy it. It will not dissapoint. I predict this card will make every game work perfect even one year from now.

4 out of 5 eggsSleeper Model

Pros: Price - much cheaper than other 260's
Quality - Asus products are always top notch
Performance - outstanding 3D Mark scores, 50k 3DMark 03 w/ 3.0 C2D on a nForce 780i board

Cons: Size, its large but thats to be expected, see Other Thoughts for my comments on the size

Other Thoughts: Size - had to take a hack saw to the back side of the hard drive cage in my Antec P150, be sure to measure and make sure this card will fit, you might not be as lucky as I was on making it fit

Cooling - a lot of people down this card right away b/c of its heat sink or there lack of, this card runs cool to the touch even at extreme loads, I'm not a serious gamer, but want a performance card, this is perfect, if you are a gamer and play 2+ hours a night this may not be for you, but for a casual gamer, power user who just wants the power on demand this is a great buy

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent card, Better Price!

Pros: Incinerates every possible game that I can throw at it, usually with triple or quadruple digit framerates on the highest settings. ^_^
Great value for the money, which is always crucial when going Nvidia. I'm usually an ATI guy, but when money is no object, or you've got just a little extra dough to blow, definitely check this one out. I plan on getting another just like it some time in the future so I can SLI these babies...
Crysis @ 1080p here I come!

Cons: Lack of a plastic casing means that ventilation of the card's heat by case fans is essential. The card has the usual holes in the extra pci slot to vent heat, but it's my experience that you need a case fan blowing right past the thing to carry it's heat away. Other than that it's almost as cold as my Q8400 with stock Intel cooling. (~45C idle, 65-70C load) Which I agree is hot, but nowhere near as much as my last two ati cards.

Other Thoughts: As is always the case with these cards, it's deceptively long, so be sure to measure unless you're using server chassis or something similarly massive. It was as long as my forearm, fully double my old AGP 8x card.
