5 out of 5 eggsAwsome Card

Pros: Voltage Tweak had this card up to 1Ghz Core clock and it was stable but i would not reccomend doin this unless u change out the stock cooler. Normal Speed this thing doesn't run over 35c

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: make sure u have enough power comin from your psu this thing takes alot when u first boot your pc up

1 out of 5 eggsNo signal

Pros: Start guide comes in many languages!

Cons: Card does not appear to be very durable in some areas, takes up space, and may not work at all apparently.

Other Thoughts: Tried in two machines but got no signal on either machine testing each of both DVI ports. As it was suggested that my power supply was not adequate, I waited on a new high power supply unit (650W / 52A @ +12v) . Still no signal, and system halts in POST with unknown code (shown on mainboard itself). Machine continues to work fine with old video card as I wait on the process of resolution.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT CARD!

Pros: GREAT card easy installation and works great. Runs cool, little fan noise, but u dont notice it while into your system. I LOVE NEWEGG.

Cons: Drivers suck, get the latest drivers. I THOUGHT something was wrong because my display was not full screen, (out the HDMI port). Every other port showed fine without updated drivers.

Other Thoughts: JUST THE BASICS

3 out of 5 eggsNOT better than 4870

Pros: The card honestly can't be beat for the dollar and if it is literally all you have to spend then fine.. so be it.. it's a good card. for the price point it performs really well when not stressed. Which brings me to the cons....

Cons: If you are expecting to get top end results with this card Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. comperably I have the 4870 and it performs really similiar but when in raids/dungeons 10/25 mans for wow the 4870 kicks into gear and blows it out of the water. and the 5770 stars to slooooooowwww doooowwwnnn... and that is solely due to it's 128 bit interface, it is quickly felt in raids. in comparison for you FPS out there your larger battles where you have alot happening at once you can expect the same. I can mainly only speak of WoW since that is what I play a majority of the time (I have and do play FPS on occasion so I know enough to judge it for it as well) but if you were to do the simple things such as just do dailies and questing it will do it pretty much without flaw. it's when you start grouping and doing instances/raids where the slow down comes to a screaching hault.

Other Thoughts: The card runs VERY cool and runs on practically nothing compaired to my 4870 which requires almost twice as much wattage to run at optimal speeds. I was getting temps of 30c most of the time on this card.

The loss of two eggs simply from it's being compared to the 4870 alot and on paper it's similar but the 128 interface holds it back from truely performing under pressure.

1 out of 5 eggsDead on Arrival

Pros: Looks nice at least as a paper weight!!!

Cons: This card was DOA Dead on Arrival. I even went as far as to try it in 3 computers, bought an upgraded power supply, and tried diff mobo's. Same thing, I got ripped off. Very dissapointed spending so much money for a pretty box, will be sending back Monday.

Other Thoughts: So yeah, this card cost me alot of money and I havent been able to use it yet. The computer sits in a continuous stage of power cycling, never loads the bios. Thats using a 550w PSU. Everyone agree's, it's a bad card, paid $10 for a store to tell me that even.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent value and AUS build quality

Pros: ASUS build quality, low power low heat

Cons: ATI drivers are not the best

Other Thoughts: I am jumping back into casual gaming after a long absence and put a gaming rig together from some older parts, and needed a decent vidoe card. I wanted to go for a 4890 of GTX 260, but the power requirements made me nervoucs with my 500W PS. So I decided to get a 5770 to be a little future proof especially seeing how easy it is to overclock this and get performance as good as a GTX 260 or ATI 4870. Very decent rig now with this card in a Intel E6600 overclocked to 3GHz (on air) and 4GB of DDR2 PC 8000. Windows numbers are 7.2 for the video subsystem and 6.4 for CPU and RAM.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat.. gets loud

Pros: Great card.. runs everything I throw at it.

Cons: Didn't read this in any of the other reviews.. but during games the fan in this card gets LOUD. It rattles my case...

I'm not sure what the problem is, my motherboard temp stays around 38-40c during games, so the card can't be getting too hot...

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if I need to limit the fan speed or not, I don't want to risk overheating the card.

5 out of 5 eggsHighly Recommended

Pros: Great card for a good price. Love the quality and speed!
It has all the outputs for me: 2DVI and 1 HDMI

Cons: --- Word of advice ------> Download the newest driver from ATI website. Since this is a brand new design, previous drivers were not quite there. My Windows 7 had some problems, but the newest driver from Dec 9th fixed them all.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks just Fine so far

Pros: DirectX 11 and it's Much quieter then my old 4850. Less crashes then my old one. Asus only guarantees thats there products our compatable with their motherboard. I think that was a big mistake. I still get crashes even with thier products.

Cons: The Drivers that came with the card sucked. Best to download the latest drivers off ati's website. Only thing worth while on the disks is the Smart Doctor and mabey the other software if you would use it. Everynow and then the display driver crashes. Hopefully just a driver issue.

Other Thoughts: Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe Wi-Fi
AMD 8650 X3 2.31GHz
6GB of Crucial DDR2
This card
1000 Watt Ultra X3 PSU

4 out of 5 eggsright now it works

Pros: Installed on windows 7 64 bit. The card was smaller than the Nvidia 8800GT and I could actually install it in my original case.
Cheaper than when the Nvidia 8800 GT was purchased. :)

Cons: Trying to install the thing. Make sure you actually have it seated in the slot.
Took a couple hours to find FAN software so the card does not overheat while in game. Apparently ASUS site had it.

Other Thoughts: I wasn't sure this card would fit in my case or not. I already have a new computer case on the way, but that will be later when I change cases.

The ATI drivers CC sets the fan speed automatically at 50% and you can not change it. A driver issue. That's for all the hunting to find software to do it.
