The chokes’ concrete core eliminates the buzz sound in full load while the capacitors assure a 50,000 hours lifespan - equivalent to 2.5 times longer than traditional capacitors.
  • newegg Dust-Proof Fan Unique fan design dissipates heat efficiently while extending a graphic card’s lifespan by 25% (for reference) through increased dust and particle resistance.

  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: With a little overclocking can run Borderlands 2 and Chivalry at high. Overclocking made very easy with Asus software. For the price and being a PCIe 2.0 card it's awesome.

Cons: Is the loudest thing in my PC (I only have 2 exhaust fans, but they are very quite). If I turn the fan up (which I do when I over clock, especially if my PC is in a semi-enclosed space), it is very loud. I use headphones so it's not that big of a deal.

5 out of 5 eggsVideo Card Replacement

Pros: Runs World of Warcraft
Price per performance for a budget card

Cons: I'm waiting to find a 256-Bit video card in a budget performance price range.

Other Thoughts: After reviewing video cards within the 70.00 dollar price range. I chose to go with this for the client.
2gb/s I was hoping to find a 256 Bit 1gb that would do well in the 100.00 dollar range. Except, My client could not afford anything within that price.

So far after a month of having the video card and playing wow almost 18hrs a day. He and his mother are very happy.

Any further questions feel free to contact me with the contact information in my profile. I will gladly share my input.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card at this price

Pros: I'm trying to keep a Q6600 machine alive for another year and needed DX11 and didn't want to spend a ton of money. This little card rocks...I can play COD Ghosts just fine although the video is a little laggy. Great looking graphics and color on TF2, and runs Steam just fine. It replaced an 8800GTS card I paid $$$ for eight years ago and only scored 1/10th of a point less on Windows Experience.

Cons: You absolutely must disable/delete any legacy geforce drivers on your machine prior to installation or you will get a black screen, like I did. VGA only before installation. I also flashed my bios and had to change the graphics from "auto" to "dedicated card" in the boot menu. Pre-download the correct current driver and only install the GPU Tweak from the included disk.

Other Thoughts: Very impressed with the performance/price ratio.

1 out of 5 eggsDidn't Work

Pros: Its 2 gb it ran games perfectly when it worked

Cons: I got it about a month ago and tried it. It worked then about a couple hours later is stopped working. I decided right before I sent it back I would give it one last try. It worked for about 4 more days. My warranty expired in that time and now i have a broken card and now I cant return it.

Other Thoughts: My warranty ended on the 7th so if I could get have the ability to return it considering its a day past warranty what would be great.

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: First I'd another egg if I could for Newegg's delivery: promised delivery 4 - 7 days; ordered 12/30/13; New Year's shipping black out; significant snow storm; and, day 4 and there it was.

It worked out of the box and is better than the ASUS Radeon HD 5670 it replaced. I purchased that one trying to save some money for the build. For both cards, I got what I paid for.

Cons: Shot myself in the foot on the install because I didn't uninstall the other cards software first. My thinking was to leave it in just in case there were problems with the new card.

System went with default drivers so the monitor (digital configuration) was blank. Found an old VGA cable and was able to install the proper drivers and configure things. Then went back to the digital configuration.

The instructions sort of left that out.

Other Thoughts: Mother Board – Asus P7P55D
CPU – i7-860 Lynnfield
RAM G.Skill Ripjaws (4 x 2GB)
HD – WD Caviar Green
CD / DVD – Sony Optirc 24X DVD/CD
Video Card – ASUS GT630-2GD3
CPU Fan - Cooler Master Hyper N520
Case & PSU - RAIDMAX SMILODON Extreme Black

5 out of 5 eggsBang for your buck

Pros: Installation was easy.
I bought this card open box for 50 bucks for my budget pc gamer and couldn't be happier.
Has hdmi output 1920x1080 (I use on 55" vizio LED)
Nice appearing card only and uses 1 expansion slot at back of computer.
Has aesthetically appealing fan and shroud with user controlled fan settings through include oc program.
Playing need for speed most wanted(newest one) on mix of high and medium setting flawlessly and graphics look better than my buddies xbox360.
Playing World of Tanks online on low settings except max draw distance @100-120fps Maximum settings @ 35-45fps.
Borderlands 2 and sniper elite play flawless as well.
Ive yet to see temps over 60c with max overclocking and hours of game play although this could be do to case/fan combo.
Very stable and consistent.
Of course we would all go buy a 690, 780 or titan if we could but this was a great practical solution for our modest gaming rig.

Cons: Cant sli

Other Thoughts: Running card on:
Apevia x-sniper 2 case w/ 120mm intake fan in front
DIG43l MB
pent dual core 2.8ghz oc'd to 3.2ghz with 92mm cooler fan
6gb Kingston ddr3 1333 memory (2x2, 1x2)
500gb Samsung hdd
Rosewell 500w psu w/ Dual 80mm exhaust fans in rear

5 out of 5 eggsReview

Pros: Cheap, Effective, No Power Cables, Great OC Results!

I got this for my cheap gaming rig and I was really satisfied with the result of the OCing I got out of this card!

STOCK
CORE: 810
MEMORY: 1800
SHADER: 1620

OC
CORE: 900
MEMORY: 1990
SHADER: 1800

Honestly, GPU Tweak allows a max core of 910 and a max memory of 2000, which I DID manage to reach, but I *THINK* I saw an artifact when burning this card in at 73 centigrade... so I dropped down to what I have listed above, no problems so far =)

Cons: Can't really think of any...

Other Thoughts: I WOULD buy this card again! It's just a shame you cannot SLI these things, because I actually would if I could!
