5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card!

Pros: Bought a pair of these for SLI. Using with an i7 920 @ stock. Keep in mind the SLI bridge cable does NOT come with the video card. Playing Far Cry 3 @ 1080p max settings and getting 40+ FPS all the time. No problems.

The card length is about the same as the width of a standard ATX motherboard. Very nice.

Uses heat pipes and two 80mm fans for cooling.

Make sure if you SLI these cards that they are not right next to each other. The "top" card will get very hot and the fan will be at 100%. I have them in a Fractal Design R4 case with two 120mm in the front, one 120mm in the back, and one 140mm out the top. With the cards right next to each other, the "top" card was suffocating and getting up to 84C or so. I loosened up the holding screws on each of the cards, adding some foam to separate them a bit and that dropped the "top" card's temps down to around 73C. It would be even better if I could have a couple slots separating the two.

Each card takes up 2 slots. When they are breathing correctly, they are very quiet. Gaming is enjoyable without headphones.

Also these cards only use one 6pin power connector.

Cons: The card separation issue I noted in the pros and not getting an SLI cable with the card.

1 out of 5 eggsDEAD after 40 days

Pros: I bought it for $170 after MIR. It worked fine on my rig in the first couple week and I played SC2 under extreme graphic settings without any problem.

Cons: Then I started to get crackling and slower sound in the game, sometimes the game or video crashed and I got error saying "display driver stopped responding and has recovered". I thought it was just the driver problem or just conflict with the MOBO realTek audio driver. I tried to use 3 different version of driver, install/uninstall my audio driver but it didn't help. Just after the 30 days, I had random freeze during gaming and 1 week after that, my computer won't boot and gave me 1 long and 3 short beeps (on ASUS MOBO it means can't recognize video card). I didn't overclock my video card at all.

I've tested 2 other video cards on my MOBO and they worked fine. I've sent it back to ASUS for RMA, will update information on their customer service.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the right price

Pros: Was able to snag this for $169.99 after rebate. Runs cool and quiet, just like the other reviews mentioned. Replaced a GTX 570 and performs just as good or better.

Cons: Unfortunately, from what I've read, these cards don't overclock very much. However, I can't really take an egg off for that considering this is already OC'ed from the factory.

Other Thoughts: At $210, there are better options especially on the Radeon side with their free game bundles. However, if you can find this card at $170-180 it's a no brainer.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the price

Pros: Runs everything at high to ultra at 1080p so far.

Cons: Hearing about the highish failure rates has me concerned. Hoping this one lasts a while.

Other Thoughts: Replaced my Radeon HD 5850 1G card with this and so far it it hasn't disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsAsus 660: Cool Fast card

Pros: Pro: For one, this card is very cool running. I ran the Furmark test for 40 minutes, and the card never got over 54 in a HAF912 case. During gaming, the card doesn't get over 52. Maxed out many games (GW2, WOW, SW, COD4, Crysis2)....loving the eye candy. Sorry, I don't have all the settings details. Make sure to use the TXAA when you can.

Pro: Performance/Price point. At $170, this card is a way better value than the 660Ti which is at least $100 bucks more. More than one review came to this same conclusion. Also got a free game.

Pro: Build: There is a stiffener across the top of the card to keep it rigid while handling; very nice, thank you. The heat pipes are cool looking, and the shroud is sturdy (as compared to Gigabyte model I RMA's after a brief lifespan). There's a red/green idiot light on the card for a quick connectivity check.

Pro: Three year waranty,Full size HDMI, Overclocking software ( I might prefer MSI's version however)

Cons: This card is rather long, and was easy fit in my HAF912 case, but other cases might be not do lucky.

You only get a DVI/VGA converter as an accesory, but what else do you want?

Other Thoughts: I originally replaced a year old Sparkle GTX550Ti (that was OK, but loved to run hot and was getting flaky) with a Gigabyte version of the 660. Hey, they had a nice video. and I like the UD MBs. However, As noted by many others, the shroud was loose (vibrated )and felt cheap. I don't need a fan binding up and frying the card. Had to play with the drivers as well. Huh. Card was RMA'd and I got the ASUS version. No fuss, no muss. So far, so good. I will update this review after 6 months; 2 weeks of ownership doesn't mean a lot.

5 out of 5 eggsSubstantial power for a low price

Pros: Sound: The card is inaudible behind my 120mm fans running @800rpm, even at full load the sound is hardly worth noting.

Performance: This baby can run just about anything you throw at it, even on high/ultra. I've rarely seen it push 60C, and that was playing with prime95.

Software: The GPU Tweak software is neat to play with, not necessary for most (you can still screw yourself with it.)

Affordability: At $200 this is a great card for a moderately budgeted PC/gaming rig.

Cons: Haven't encountered any cons yet.

Other Thoughts: Works well with my i5-3570k.

5 out of 5 eggsBang for buck!

Pros: Paired up with a i3-2120 \ 8GB DDR3-1600, the card is a huge upgrade over Intel's integrated offering. It runs super-quiet and draws very little power and plays practically everything you want want at 1920x1080. No complaints.

Cons: None so far

2 out of 5 eggsQuit within 15 minutes of Benchmarking

Pros: Card was super quiet - while it was running
Card seemed to perform well - while it was working

Cons: Card installed fine, played Skyrim for 15 minutes on highest settings like a champ. But then it struggled and died on Tomb Raider (Ultra Settings without TressFX). Artifacts everywhere, then a hard reboot, then Windows would not start until I reinstalled my old card.

Other Thoughts: Would have RMA'd, but it looks like from the other reviews this card's failure rate is high.. and the only thing worse then it failing after 15 minutes is it failing after 3 months when it's out of warranty. Sorry Asus, couldn't risk it.... going with Gigabyte's version of this card instead.
