5 out of 5 eggsDoing fine

Pros: Just one of them, no SLI, Skyrim on max, no problems. No noticeable heat buildup, I didn't check Speefan, but I couldn't feel anything. It's only March, so that may change come July. But it's a very promising start.

Cons: Wide sucker, wide enough to nudge cables into the side fan. Just had to push them around here, loop them around something else there. Not a major problem for *most* mid-towers, I imagine.

Other Thoughts: Asus has done well for me many times with 0 strikes against them so far. Newegg, of course, has a perfect record with me.

4 out of 5 eggsGood product, no rebate

Pros: Runs everything I tried so far at maximum settings. Good choice in the price range.

Cons: Asus refuses rebates on any pretext. I didn't know I can't put two rebate forms into one envelope, so they refused them both.

2 out of 5 eggsUnhappy Camper

Pros: Ample room for overclocking. Good cooling.

Cons: Very long and wide. Performance isn't all that great. My old EVGA GeForce GT 640 put out the same FPS on the same graphics settings in WoW. Big difference is that card only set me back $90.
When attempting to increase graphics (from high to ultra), even after overclocking, FPS drops to 25-35.

Other Thoughts: Quite disappointed. Large price tag, for the same performance as an entry level graphics card.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for SLI

Pros: Great performance running 2 of these vs 1 gtx680, Cooling on the cards is good 49c playing most games. My setup includes a 140mm fan blowing on both cards to move air away from them.

Cons: At idle the cards were running at 44c, I used a ceramic paste and dropped the idle temp to 30c, IMO ALL manufacturers should use a high quality thermal paste, if they did, i would not have seen such a dramatic drop in temp at idle and a good drop at high use. The loss of an egg is because of the software GPU tweak, it lacks a few areas, 1. Cant make it start out minimized 2. has no F/C selection. 3 . every time that it is minimized is says "Your graphics card is being Monitor" and " GPU tweak is running" it is nice to be notified, but on my system (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) the last notification will not leave the screen until it is x'ed None of this is a major con! great cards so far..

Other Thoughts: RE the thermal paste... i purchased a liquid cooler (from new egg) and did the exact same thing.. used a high quality ceramic and dropped temps by 5 to 10c at idle. charge me an extra 2 dollars and put it on at the assemble point. .. hehe save me the time.

4 out of 5 eggsLives up to its marketing as "the sweet spot for gaming."

Pros: Runs Unigine Heaven bench on Medium with moderate tesselation (turned down scale and factor by about 1/4 from standard moderate settings) and refraction off at 30 FPS with 4xFSAA in 1080p.

Runs Uningine Valley on Ultra with 4xFSAA in 1080p at 30 FPS.

Runs FF XIV ARR bench at 30+ FPS at 1080p on Maximum with a score of "High."

Runs Far Cry 3 on Medium with 4x FSAA and 8x AF at 1080p very well.

DirectCU II cooling is excellent. 30C idle (48C immediately following 3D application exit) 62C under load (Furmark burn in 15 minutes) and58C - 60C max under normal gaming conditions. This is pretty spectacular for GPU temp and should be very safe. There's some overclocking headroom, too.

7.9 in Windows 7 index (inexplicably.)

Cons: Runs 3DMark 11 basic (Performance,) but not well unfortunately, especially in the physics-heavy benchmarks.

Not a faster card.

Other Thoughts: Should run anything you throw at it (provided your system is otherwise adequete) on Low to Medium in 1080p with FSAA and AF for the next few years. I built this system as a console replacer, and that's about right for that goal.

5 out of 5 eggsOn green team now...

Pros: Fantastic price/performance ratio.
Keeps up with 7870 and beats it in majority of games
Works fine with my 550W PSU
Uses similar Wattage amount under load as the 6850 it replaced
DirectCUII helps the card idle at 27C which is 8C lower than the 6850
Load temps have yet to increase over 57C ~13C lower than the 6850
Ample overclock ability
The card is easy to take apart (4 screws)
The card looks REALLY COOl
Only requires 1 6pin power cable VS my ASUS 6850 which required 2 (makes cable management a bit cleaner)
Red/green light indicates if its receiving power
Fits in a mid-tower case easily

Cons: It didn't come with any ASUS stickers, just an instructional book/dvd

Other Thoughts: This card DESTROYS my 6850 which is also a great card for the price.
Skyrim never lags, even in Markarth

Pros: Great looks, insane running temps, quiet, well built

Cons: Asus software is somewhat bad, wish was blue or green and black instead of red and black

5 out of 5 eggsGreat gpu for the money.

Pros: light cooler, easy overclocking, cool idle 30c. cheaper than ti, but still just as good.

Cons: When building for first time buy from store, these don't sell in stores, so order from newegg.

Other Thoughts: Bought this gpu for bf3, havnt been able to get the game yet. runs mechwarrior online and Swtor on max, im sure it will run bf3 on high without any hiccups. Amd phenom 980x4, 990fxsabertooth, 128 samsung ssd,
