5 out of 5 eggsvery good little card

Pros: Little, powerfull enough, silent, run cool.

Cons: nothing yet.

Other Thoughts: I now run this card for ~3 month in my HTPC and its been runing great. The card is very silent and is able to run some games at 1080p without issue. I reached ~1175mhz on unigine heaven and valley.

5 out of 5 eggsSurprising little card

Pros: Great performance considering price. performs great and I could not even hear the fans even during stress tests.

I was able to run Far Cry 3 has high settings @1920x1080 which considering how demanding that game is I was pleasantly surprised

Cons: Not a super great overclocker, but that's not really a terrible con

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: I had been doing my research on whether to get this card or spend a bit more for the HD 7850. Due to the fact that I'm using a 37" LCD as a monitor, I'm stuck at 1360 x 768 resolution, which is more fine with me.

Luckily for me, I happen to be doing some late night reading when I decided to swing by Newegg to see the reviews on another 650 TI card, when I happened to notice an open box unit for sale for $115. I immediately dropped it in my cart, paired with a $50 gift cert, and I was able to get this great card for $65; not bad. Now on to the review of the card...

Installation was a breeze. The card was longer than I expected, so I had to reposition one of my hard drives, but after that it was clear sailing. I plugged in my HDMI cable, popped in the installation CD (which came with monitoring and GPU tweaking software), and was up and running in a flash. The software immediately let me know that there were updates to my software and drivers, which was downloaded at the click of a button. On to performance...

The card sits idle at around 39 degrees, and after testing the card for a bit with Battlefield 3 on High, I rose another 10 degrees. Though overclocking is a breeze with the GPU Tweak software, I didn't overclock or increase fan speed, as I don't see the need to adjust these settings unless I see a need to ramp up.

Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. My Windows Index rose from 4.9 to 7.4 for graphic performance, and all for $65, can't beat that! In the end, I've used ATI graphics cards exclusively in the past, and found that driver issues were a constant struggle. Though the 7850 is probably better value, in the end, I figured at my resolution I probably wouldn't see leaps and bound performance differences, yet more stability in regards to drivers, so I decided on NVidia and I'm glad I did.

Cons: The fan casing came off when I was installing the card, but this was my fault as I should've been holding the board instead of the fans, but I wasn't expecting it to come loose so easily. Was no biggie to put it back in place.

Other Thoughts: Will update if I have issues in the future

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and fast enough for me

Pros: Quiet, cool, fast enough

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: This card was bought to speed up Photoshop editing primarily, and it does that. It also is very quiet (one of the revies claims ~25dB noise level), which is an important consideration for me as well. So far so good. One wrinkle - when I popped the card in, only one of the fans came on, the other was just shaking a bit. But under Furmark load both did rev up nicely.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Card!

Pros: Exactly what one would expect from an ASUS product. Ease of installation, runs flawlessly with ASUS drivers or Nvidia reference drivers. Very quiet for a Higher end card. Run video on one monitor while playing games on the other (WoW, RIFT, Assassins Creed) and it doesn't skip a beat

Cons: Offhand, cannot think of any. Price for power is probably the best I have seen for a while.

Other Thoughts: This card replaced an older GT 240 that has been a workhorse for years. Little did I realize exactly how much I was missing on the graphics. Going from a GT240 to a GTX650 - Like comparing a VW bug to a Corvette

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Video Card!!!

Pros: Great product!
I haven't played that many games on it yet, but I have played AC3 on high I believe, and it runs swell!

Cons: The price, but NVIDIA gave me AC3 to me with it, so that helped me out!

4 out of 5 eggsGood but not Great

Pros: Windows experience index scored 7.5..would have scored higher but installed on older MB, Asus P5B with limitations on the PCI express. Very quiet.

Cons: HDMI connection has a short in it. worked great for about a week. after that it started giving me a black screen and back to windows, back and forth, sometimes just stays black. connected it with a hdmi/dvi adapter to the dvi and hasnt missed a beat since. not to big a deal because i just run one screen, but will matter to some.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Used this in a cheaper gaming rig for a friend, paired with a ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 mobo and a amd fx 6100. Very fast card and it stays very cool. From his cause there is not audible sound when playing games and rendering videos.
Can play most games on the highest setting, portal 2, skyrim, battlefield 3 i get around 35fps on ultra and a low of about 29. Very low power consumption. The software is really easy to use also and the packaging, being Asus, is outstanding.

Cons: For what you get and the performance, should probably be a bit cheaper. Especially the 660ti. Overpriced for the performance against the last gen of cards.

Other Thoughts: This is a great card and will be able to handle anything you throw at it.

The build:
Amd fx 6100
patriot viper 3 2x4gb 8 gb set
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970
corsair cx430 power supply
NZXT phantom 410
Nvidia 650ti by Asus

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Runs very cool (45c max) on stock settings
Plays games great.

TF2 maxed out i was getting like 50-120fps.

Bf3 1920x1080 everything on ultra with 2xaa i was getting around 25fps give or take. I play comfortably with everything on high and post aa on low.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I like it, it's very efficient, very quiet (didn't hear it over my case fans once, and its almost a silent case). Runs very cool and keeps up even on the newest games.

My cpu was bottlenecking the card, but the whole system runs great.

i3 dual core oc'd to 3.2ghz
8gb's of gskill sniper
600w psu
