Feels solid, nicely crafted. Increased Windows Experience Index for Graphics and Gaming to 7.4 (was 5.4 with on-board Intel HD). Cons: It isn't the fastest card on the block. Other Thoughts: I do a multitude of things on my computer but budget and a small PSU were holding me back from gaming due to horrible performance of on-board graphics adapter in my system. I realize there are many cards out there that are much faster, more awesome, etc.- but for less than $150.00 (I received a $10 rebate that was actually easy to deal with NOT a scam like so many other reviewers say.) It also came with free NVIDIA gift card for use with 3 online multiplayer games (World of Tanks, Planetside 2, and Hawken). Turns out I really like world of Tanks and the free 30 premium subscription and 3500 gold was very cool. I also enjoy Planetside 2, but haven't really tried Hawken. Overall, the performance was awesome with both Planetside 2 and World of Tanks. The only other game I tried was QuakeLive, and it was so fast that I have to retrain myself to get used to the speed. It amazes me that Asus is using only motherboard power. The current rating at 12 volts is 20amps where the old 9800 needed 28 amps at 12 volts. This is good. Less current means less heat. Cons: I bought this card to replace my GTX 275. I saw no improvement in frame rate nor quality of video. The NVIDIA $75 value in-game coin coupon is a joke unless you own any of the 3 games listed.
