5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: - Cold as ice
- Quiet as a mouse
- Thus far runs everything without a hiccup

I've owned the card for some three months and haven't had a single complaint to leverage against it. I've run Batman: Arkham Origins on the highest with all the bells and whistles, and Skyrim on Ultra with some 40+ mods, without any issue.

I've even been able to duplicate my screen and run said games on a big screen TV without even a screen tear. I can't plug this little card enough.

Only Con is that I can't buy a second one for SLI.

Also, while Asus makes some rock-solid devices (I've got this card and the Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard), but EVGA has that great trade-in program. If Asus could match that, they'd be set.

Other Thoughts: Seriously. I want a second one. Give me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat So Far

Pros: I have had this card for almost 2 weeks on my new hackintosh build and so far it works great. Super fast and pretty quite. Also I think it's a good price for 3gb memory.

Cons: None at least so far. I saw some other people on here who said it failed after a little bit but I can't complain. Mines is working so far.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: I've so far owned this card for almost one day!!!
I love it so much!

It works with my favorite game, f.lux - software to make your life better!
OK maybe that's not a game, and it's just a advertising because I LOVE that program, it's completely free btw!
It makes your screen look a lot better, by removing the BLUE glow at night, which is bluer than sunlight, and soothes your eyes with a warm orange glow that you may realize just how bright your screen is, and reduce your brightness as low as you can!
f.lux is awesome!

About the card though, In Folding @ Home, I'm getting about 40,000 - 50,000 PPD which is great compared to my GTX 550 ti, which got 15,000k at the max, very weak card.

I can also run Crysis 1 at max very high settings, looks very nice!
I can also Fold@Home and play Team Fortress 2 at the same time on high settings with no lag or skips like my old card!

Other Thoughts: If you don't have this card, and are thinking it about getting it...

1 out of 5 eggsNot buying ASUS again

Pros: Graphics improved over my dual gtx 480s, when the card actually worked

ASUS typically makes good product... or so I thought...

Cons: The first card went out after about a month and a half. I would've sent it back to newegg, but they only allow refunds after 30 days. Had to go through ASUS. Received a "repaired" card that wasn't repaired - put it in my system and nothing worked. Eventually received a third card and it is promptly going on e-Bay, while it still works.

Other Thoughts: Save yourself the time and buy EVGA, there's just no comparison when it comes to customer service. I had to work with over 4 reps the 2nd time I had to send the card back. It was a consumer nightmare.

Manufacturer Response:

Greetings Oro,

Thank you for taking the time to post this review.

I am sorry for the sub-par customer support you received while going through the RMA process. When setting up a RMA, it should require little effort to get started. Most importantly, it should only take one RMA for the case to be resolved. It is unfortunate our team did not do their part in either regard. I can assure you we take our customer support very seriously and we will make sure to improve our support in future cases. Moreover, I hope this does not deter you from purchasing ASUS products in the future.

Should you need any assistance regarding ASUS or our products, please let me know. Your reference number for this case is 3111443.

5 out of 5 eggsMost Excellent

Pros: Fast, plays everything on extreme. Quiet and cool. NVidia support. (the best) Perfect for 1080P gaming now and in the future thanks to the 3GB of VRAM.

Cons: None what so ever, don't worry about the 192 bit bus, just hype to get you to spend much more money. The 192 bit bus width is just one part of the bandwidth equation.

Other Thoughts: This thing is not a beauty queen it’s short, fat and ugly most unimpressive appearance to say the least but makes up for it in performance. Build quality seems to be average.

5 out of 5 eggsPowerhouse!

Pros: 5473 graphics score on 3D mark benchmark. Sadly, my system was limited by my processor, but still got a really good score. I cant wait to SLI this thing. 1080p at 60 fps is an easy thing, even on higher settings.

Cons: Takes 2 6-pins, makes SLI obnoxious to do because you have to get converters, but if you buy two of these cards you will have them. High power demand / performance ratio, and SLI needs at least a bronze cert 600w+ PSU to be stable.

Other Thoughts: Great card, high end. Just a little dated as of now, but I love it and it's going to be a while before i upgrade.

2 out of 5 eggsNice card - while it worked

Pros: Strong card, for the short while it worked I was having a blast maxing out games with no problem.

Not a cheap card, but reasonable pricing for performance.

Cons: This card started giving me problems right out of the box. I installed the drivers and as soon as I did, my mouse and external hard drive were "disconnected" from my PC. Both were obviously still plugged into my PC, but unresponsive. Unplugging my external hard drive would occasionally let the mouse work, but soon enough the mouse would cut out as well. Eventually after leaving my external hard drive unplugged and rebooting, I was able to navigate around the PC again, so I tried to play a few games.

I had no problems actually playing games, while I was able to. Fans kept the card cool, I didn't get any blue screens or crashes while actually in-game, only when out of game and the USB ports started to act up. This is a very odd problem and I've looked around to find no answers whatsoever.

I would recommend this card, but good luck getting one that works, or rather works with these nvidia drivers. I've normally had zero problems with nvidia but maybe that's changing.

Manufacturer Response:

I am sorry you are having issues with your computer build. Although it is possible the display drivers are conflicting with the USB drivers, it is unlikely, and is more than likely caused by faulty USB ports on the motherboard and/or different drivers installed. Try rolling back Windows to an earlier point before the drivers were installed. Once done, check to see if the USB ports are working. If they are, this could give further clues as to the problem. Please let me know how it goes. My contact email is Your reference number for this case is 3111559.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper Beast!

Pros: It's easy to install and the driver auto updates. I did a super test on total war rome with 69'500 men on the field with extreme graphics and it rendered the units without problems. I used a mod to increase the unit size if your wondering.

Cons: If your like me and doesn't build computers the installation could be a little frustrating but it's nothing to do with the product you just need to take your time.

Other Thoughts: I love the fact that they gave me batman origins for free and a rebate . If you wanna see how this card makes rome 2 look then search for me on YouTube as general Santucci
