1 out of 5 eggsReally Really annoyed..NEW EGG Inventory Bottom of the Barrel

Pros: WARNING consistently DOA product at least for me...:(

Cons: I have read the reviews and the deceiving part is that 99 reviews 5 out 5 stars. Here is where the problem arise if you are lucky enough to get a card that is not problematic.. GREAT you are good to go, but it seems that for me my luck has run out X2. Both times I received a card with problems. In the end I replaced the entire computer and tested both cards in multiple machines that are running cards similar GTX 550 (EVGA) and 960(I was thinking my power supply was the issue so tested in this machine) Both instances swapping and switching parts it was literally driving me mad trying to ensure it was not hardware causing the machines to lockup (During any type of load Videos or Games) Oh and lets not forget the game promo for 150 dollars in WarThunder, Infinite Crisis and some other worthless game in Beta. Can and will erase your refund unless you are lucky and NewEgg works with you.

Other Thoughts: In the end. Well almost 2 weeks latter still looking for a credit or refund
to purchase the new video card I stated this whole thing to get.
900 buck plus a good week of trials and tribulations.
But hey at least I got a new machine out of it but it is running my same old video card. I don't blame NE. It just makes me wonder after so many RMA's their reputation is on line why would they continue to sell and ship a product with this percentage of DOA/RMA's

1 out of 5 eggsDisapointed & Left Broke $$

Pros: This is actually a very decent mid-range card, while it works, that is.

Asus is working with me to refund the money for the card or replacing it altogether. Either way I'm happy with the customer service I've received thus far, though I would like quicker responses on their part.

Cons: A faulty solder joint slowly failed within the card, causing enough damage to my system that I had to replace three, yes three, motherboards before I was able to isolate the source of the causative factor (the graphics card). In all, I replaced the motherboard four times (one arrived DOA so I don't count that as a victim of a faulty GPU). I replaced the PSU, sound card, RAM, SSD, etc.

Other Thoughts: It's an Asus product which in general is synonymous with quality in my opinion. I'm a loyal Asus customer, though this go round almost made me discontinue supporting the company. Having spent all the money on replacement parts was totally my fault however, as I never checked the GPU (I didn't have a spare GPU to test). And unfortunately you never know if the GPU, or any other component is defective until you swap it out with a different one and see if the problem occurs again. The frustrating fact was that the malfunction in the graphics card blew out the motherboard. I never expected that the GPU was the source of the problem as it seemed to perform flawlessly while the PC was up and running. However, slowly but surely the problem began to happen more and more frequently up until the last motherboard which the GPU blew the first time I rebooted a fresh Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit OS.
Oh well, live and learn. My advice, when experiencing a problem such as this, always suspect your components which draw the highest voltage (CPU, GPU, PSU, etc...)

Still a loyal Asus customer.

5 out of 5 eggsGTX 750 Ti

4 out of 5 eggsBad Card

Pros: size of the card is not overwhelming
only one 6pin power cord needed
operation was quiet
gaming in ultra-settings
temp of card without any OC beyond what it comes with was pretty good under load 44C

Cons: Subtracting an egg because the card I received was defective and a few hours into use it froze my computer and put it into a Stop error loop.
Safe mode /w net boot, New drivers from Nvidia, swapped PSU, I finally gave up. Device manger reports"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
In the process of RMAing it, Newegg and Asus are very good and I expect to get a good one next time.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat and Easy Upgrade to my 4 Year Old Desktop

Pros: Easy installation, did not have to upgrade my power supply (450 W), low power usage, quiet, improved performance, brought me back up to speed for casual gaming

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: My old video card was lagging in my 4 year old HP desktop which came with a 1GB Radeon HD5570. This was a cheap and easy fix to get me up to the highest display settings in Skyrim. Also helps in my photo software. The price point, low power requirements and capability make this the ideal card for me.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this card.

Pros: Runs everything I play on highest or close to highest settings. BF4, Crysis 3. Great framerates. Fit really well in a mini ITX build that I did recently. This is a great budget/value card for anyone looking to greatly increase their gaming experience without paying over $200. I've recommended this card already to 3 of my friends. If you're looking at this card and wondering if it's worth it. Just buy it. It is.

Cons: None so far!

1 out of 5 eggsFrustrated

Pros: Fast, cool w/serious gaming stress. Nice aesthetic design. Dual fans for cooling. Overall it's another great product from Asus - when it isn't malfunctioning!

Cons: The only bad thing I can say about this card is that in the end, it has cost me far more than it's retail price of $149.99, more like ~$700.00, give or take fifty.

The card had an internal short which causes many crashes on my system, destroying not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR motherboards!! Very unhappy about that.

Other Thoughts: I'm a loyal Asus customer. If Asus makes it, I'll get it from Asus, regardless of price differential. It's just a great manufacturer. This is why I never expected the video card to be the source of all my frustration and empty wallet.
Bought it last May (2014) and installed it onto my Asus
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0. I had not upgraded video cards in quite a long as the one I had at the time was sufficient. However, because I do a lot of technical work, the additional monitor capability caught my eye almost immediately. Three monitors rather than two? Sign me up.

The system seemed pretty stable, as stable as a Microsoft (TM) build can be anyway. However, come July 2014 I decided it was time to do a complete system overhaul. New Motherboard (Asus Sabertooth FX990 r2.0), 32 GB G-Skill ram (2,000 MHz), two new 21" Asus LCD LED monitors, Rosewill 1,000W PSU, 8-core AMD vischera CPU (4.7 GHz) and an Antec Kuhler H2O 1250 water cooling set up. Used my old Sound Blaster card and the new GPU.
Then things began to go wrong. One MB fried and it was well after the 30 day return limit, so I had to eat that and buy another one. This time it took about three weeks & the MB was fried again. I tried using Gigabyte MB with the 990 chipset. Fried in less than a week. Exchanged it for another Sabertooth which lasted all of 24 hours. I had already replaced the PSU, thinking it was defective and sending high power spikes into the system. Checked each DIMM separately, they were all functional. Removed the sound card, still no joy. The Sabertooth was dead.
So, after banging my head against the wall for a day or two trying to figure out what was causing the problem, it occurred to me that the video card was the only card that was power hungry (other then the CPU of course). And as it turned out, there was a loose solder joint which was progressively getting worse, shorting out the MB.

Live and learn.
