5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!

Pros: The speed, resolution and features and pricing was not too bad either. Handles games and computer graphic programs with no sweat. Images and movies are flawless. No driver issues whatsoever.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: The card is wide and long so you definitely need a bigger case, because it will stretch maybe an inch or so past your mobo. I have the Storm Trooper case so space was no problem. I would not mind buying two of these LOL.

1 out of 5 eggsATI/AMD fails again

Pros: The hardware seems nice? Runs well when it doesn't crash.

Cons: As i had experience once in the past AMD/ATI have had absolutely awful drivers. i figured i would give it another shot has it had been a few years and toms hardware had a favorable review. This was a huge mistake, i am finally tired of constantly crashing drivers. The new ones won't even run, every time i tried to update i was FORCED to end up in fail safe mode and remove any updated drivers.

Other Thoughts: i really really really wanted this card to work but the drivers are completely useless i could never recommended AMD to any one and i will never be purchasing any thing from them again after the constant failures over the years.

1 out of 5 eggsWell the Internet is littered with dead R9 280 cards...

Pros: Hey when it works - it's awesome. I've been an AMD/ATI Radeon fan for years, remember when they were the underdog but hard better gear that Intel? But this card... wow it totally sucks and I'm only one of thousands stuck with one.

Only had a 30day replacement warranty, the artifacts were there from day one but were intermittent, not I can't get rid of them.

Cons: Artifacts. Blue pixeleated streaks on the desktop and on all applications including games. That is, WHEN it's not blinking to a black screen or has totally gone black on me.

Windows 7 64-bit, ASUS Crosshair I mobo (thought it was my old 590 chipset but it ain't), 850w PSU.

Other Thoughts: Partial DxDiag:

1 out of 5 eggsBad Quality

Pros: come with AMD game bundle

Cons: Artifacts after 5 months of very light use. Didn't happen when I first got it maybe because it was a cold winter. Have to pay shipping out of own pocket to get it sent back

Other Thoughts: Been building and upgrading computers for 15 years. Went through at least 20 Video cards from various manufactures. First dead video card I experience is the first card I got from Asus. Great job....

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Freakin' awesome. This card is cheap and powerful. AMD's cards are dirt cheap right now and their R9 series graphics are impossible to beat at this price. Mine has had zero issues. I changed one setting to make my graphics full screen, but otherwise only installed the drivers easily off of AMD's website. Buy this card for gaming or anything you might desire!

Cons: none.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but having some problems

Pros: Great price, looks cool, runs cool.

Cons: Having issues with drivers. When my monitors go to sleep, I will have random issues with them waking back up to the point it will freeze my system and I will have to reboot.

Other Thoughts: I use 3 of these cards (out of crossfire) to run 7 monitors. 4 DVI, a wacom tablet with DVI, My TV with HDMI, and 1 with display port. I'm a geek, what can I say? :p

1 out of 5 eggsFirst Radeon Ever

Pros: None, its a video card. thats all I can say

Cons: First card was defective, within the first few hours i got crazy artifacts and strange pixels all over my monitor, I did a reboot, reinstalled drivers, checked connections, etc... RMA...
Got new card in the mail yesterday, had video error and drivers crashed withing the first hour of using the card, screen capture software does not work, it shows up as if it was recording in 8bit color.

Other Thoughts: First time using ATI cards, and will never again purchase one. I have always used NVIDIA cards and never had issues.

4 out of 5 eggsGame Code Not Working But the R9280 is great

Pros: Video Card is working well. Plays all games so far on ultra.

Cons: The radeon gold rewards card code is expired. Even now on your site ( Newegg.ca) you are still pairing them with most of your R9 cards. I feel I should get a working code.

1 out of 5 eggsFirst AMD Graphics Card

Pros: Card does what it says it should. Much larger than most cards, better heatsink

Cons: -Not overly impressed with the improvement from my old nvidia 660.
-My First AMD card, died after 3 days. Watching Netflix, image began glitching, pixelated artifacts and such, reboot, checked every connection, re installed software etc.

Had to put nvidia card back in to write this review. Now to figure out how to return the card.

Other Thoughts: I would not mind giving Radeon another chance, i just want a working card, and possibly a bigger upgrade, i simply was not impressed with this particular model.
