Awesome
- Pros: awesome, runs like a champ. destroys any game I throw at it. Idles at 40C, never goes over 52C at full load. The upgraded fan/heatsink is a nice touch.
- Cons: that it didn't come bundled with Crysis.
- Other Thoughts: E8400 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix, and P35-DS3R
Fast and Quiet
- Pros: Runs quiet and cool. Idles at 40c and goes as high as 51c under load. I've got five fans blowing and exhausting all over the case, so that probably has something to do with it, too.
System: Coolermaster RC-690, Core 2 Duo e6850 3 Ghz, 3 Gigs of RAM, on an ABIT IN9 32X-MAX.
- Cons: None I can think of.
Excellent Card
- Pros: Compact size. Runs relatively cool with high quality Zalman HSF. Excellent performance. Price, of course.
- Cons: Fan isn't as quiet as I'd like.
- Other Thoughts: I was immediately attracted to this card for it's compact size and Zalman cooler. It seems to work nicely and runs relatively cool, around 56C (133F) at max load. I went from a 3DMark06 score of 10300 with my old 8800GTS to 12100 with this card. It doesn't take up near as much room in my case and performs excellent. I'm very happy with it.
