5 out of 5 eggsRuns Great!

Pros: Has great compatibility with Linux and Windows. On the Linux side I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 with 180.44 drivers. On the windows side I'm running WindowsXP for now, but will run Vista a little later on. The configuration for my dual screens is quick and easy and game play is AMAZING! Card is quiet. Card doesn't seem to get very warm, but I haven't monitored this extremely closely nor have I kept this system up for days on end...yet.

Cons: While I bought this card partially because it had such a big heatsink, the heatsink is rather big. I had to go back and make sure my motherboard didn't have any slots right next to it that I'd lose to the heatsink.

Other than that I guess my cons are that I don't have a second one :-)

Other Thoughts: My system specs are: MSI K9N2 SLI Platinum, AMD Phenom 9650, 700Watt Thermaltake Power supply, and 5 hard drives.. Two 300GB for Linux and Windows boot respectively and 3x500 GB's for a RAID5 array.

As far as ambient temperature is concerned, I keep the room around 75-78F.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Great Price. Does well with games pre-teen boys enjoy.

Cons: If anything, it was a little big. The extra power connector caused some hassle getting things to fit with my Gigabyte MBO. It also made some connections awkward because of the fan.

Other Thoughts: Emphasis needed on the minimum 450w PSU requirement.

5 out of 5 eggsRighteous Upgrade

Pros: Effortless installation in both XP SP3 and Vista x86 SP1. This card replaced a 6600 GT and the difference in games and the Windows GUI is very noticeable (Vista benchmark for graphics went from 4.7 to 5.9).

Cons: The fan is a little louder then my 6600 GT and has a slightly twangy sound because of the long, thin cooling fins. It's subtle and not a problem - just the only "con" I could come up with.

Other Thoughts: Bought this in time to get the rebate - lots of bang for the buck. Keep in mind that it requires a PCI-e power connector. I upgraded the power supply to 500 watts since the original was only a 300 watt.

5 out of 5 eggsFit my small motherboard

Pros: Plays Oblivion, Fallout 3 maxxed for me.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I bought a E5200 barebones kit and was worried it wouldn't fit in the motherboard it came with, but it fit fine and works great.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great card for the price. Runs everything without hesitation. Red Alert 3 runs great with all settings maxed and my son plays Crysis without a single problem, (incredible graphics.)

Cons: 3 months, no problems to speak of!

Other Thoughts: I have no idea why a few people are complaining about the fan being loud, maybe defective cards. I have to jam my ear to the case to hear mine. never a heat problem.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good Card

Pros: Windows Vista picked right up and installed the lastest drivers. Really improved my video speed from the 6600 GT I had in this machine. Price is good and now I'm set for the next couple of years.
The interaction with Newegg in always superior.
The noise issue is nonexistent here and the card runs at 34C. Couldn't ask for more Thank You

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card with great price and good performance

Pros: I didn't have any problem at all with this Zalman fan. It's very silent than I thought. I hook the 2nd dvi output with my SONY KDL-40Z4100 HDTV running with full 1080P. It's just perfect for movies and my SlinBox.
Gamming performance is so great!! Running the highest setting for Age or Connar with out any problem. I try to using the overclocking software. It's very nice because I can overclock when I need to play game and after that I can turn off the overclocking function at anytime. Very good design!! I will buy the 2nd one for SLI very soon!!!

Cons: None, so far so good

Other Thoughts: Recommand to use the new driver from Nvidia. I had same problem with other reviewer with my old 32" Samsung HDTV. The screen will cut off at 4 sides (very little) but I do some research about HDTV. I found out the newer LCD HDTV should be no problem because they use new technology in their HDTV. That's why I hook it up with my other newer HDTV and just change the setting in TV and it fix the screen cut-off problem!!
