Pros: Without a fan, it's absolutely silent--of course. I wanted a computer that can do pretty much anything I need it to do and be as quiet as possible. I don't use it for high end gaming, but some basic games it seems to work with very well. I can't speak to high ends games since I haven't used it with any. No lag times with anything or watching DVD's. Did I mention, it's totally quiet!
Cons: Extremely large card to accomodate the heatsink. Takes up two slots. You need to keep this in mind when deciding to use it or not as the slot beneath it will be for all intensive purposes; GONE. If your motherboard has 7 slots, with this card it now has 6.
Other Thoughts: If your main concern is SILENCE, this is the card to go with. I don't know why manufacturers can't seem to get the point of making a fanned card that doesn't sound like a jet or has a high pitched scream that is as annoying as he** This card eliminates any and all of those concerns but still has the muscle of those fanned (noisy) cards. Costs more, but the silence is more than worth the extra cost.

Perfect for Photo Editing

Pros: Silent, does it's job. Comes with a HDMI to DVI converter, which I use for my second monitor. It is driving one NEC MultiSync LCD 2690W2 SV and one small NEC MultiSync 1570NX.
Cons: I guess if you had a small case you would have to think about it's length. It is l o n g.
Other Thoughts: I don't game, so I can't commnet on that, but for general use or photo editing it is perfect. It is silent and Photoshop uses it's OpenGL.
I have it in a IKONIK Ra X10 case and it idles at about 40 C. I have never seen it above 46 C. My fans are on temperture control, so it tends to run hottest when the processor is idle. Photoshop is not exactly a torture test for graphics cards though.

Pros: Works as advertised. In HDMI mode, if you force the pc to sleep the monitor will not go into standby. Monitor goes to standby only with DVI or VGA. The temps are solid around 55 degrees.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I was looking for a graphics card with passive cooling and this fits right in. If you really want a quiet system for your bedroom with decent graphics. This is the card to go for.
