5 out of 5 eggsThis card has blown my mind

Pros: This card delivers excellent performance. I have enjoyed this card every moment I play Assassin's Creed 2, Counter-Strike, Need For Speed and so on and so forth. I highly recommend this card versus the nVidia 280GTX.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Newegg delivers high quality products in a timely manner. I recommend Newegg before any other eTailer... Thanks Newegg!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mobo

Pros: -Great motherboard
-plenty of room for future upgrades
-my heatsink is HUGE, but fitting the ram in was no problem

Cons: -none so far, it's a great stable board, bios is easy to use.

Other Thoughts: Haven't really tested the 6gb sata or usb 3.0 yet so can't say much on that.

5 out of 5 eggsSame Old

Pros: Its a 5850. Crossfired with out a hitch with a HIS. Plugged in CCC detects crossfire enabled.

Cons: $50 more than I spent on my HIS I blame the release of the 5830

Other Thoughts: Still a great value one keeps up with 5870's when OC'ed Ive scored 19500 gpu on Vantage Performance with just one. You need high cpu clocks to push that score though. Crossfired my gpu score is 26500 on air not to shabby though i think i can break 27000

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: This card is great. So far, there is not one game I couldn't run on very high settings with 60+fps. This is replacing a 4870, and wow, what an improvement. My 4870 ran like a volcano compared to this thing.

Previously, even with my fans at 50%, my 4870 ran at 40-50 degrees Celsius on load.

I can run this card at 25% and barely reach 40-45 degrees on load. Anything higher and it is even cooler. Idle, forget about it. Even at minimum fan speed, it runs in the low 30's. I can't even start to hear the fan going until much farther past these speeds.

It also has DX11. Right now, it's not a big deal, but some games already use it and there are many more to come.

Cons: Can't really think of one

Other Thoughts: Looks like the batmobile.

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: So far this card has handled every game I've tried @ 1920x1080 with everything set to high, 60fps at least. I haven't had any problems at all with the card, no grey screens or driver problems some people have reported, and so far no giant curser. Also, no corny illustrations on the sticker ( may be a con for some).

Cons: price. kind of hurts to pay $50 above the original msrp but the price didn't seem to be dropping too soon.

Pros: Fast and quite.

Cons: Randomly generates big cursor, after 1 or2 hours working, the screen turn to blank and freezes the system. I already replace a same card, has the same problem.

Other Thoughts: Never buy ATI again

4 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: well seeing as how i upgraded my system from a P4 AGP to a i7...this review might be a little skewed. but i have had no huge problems so far.

Cons: i also get the huge cursor after exiting a game. -0.5 egg
no dirt 2 as indicated by the picture /sadface -0.5 egg but i got it on sale for 50% off on steam so no biggy

Other Thoughts: i7
5850
GA-P55-UD6
6GB kingston ram
850w TT psu
Antec 900 w/ 2 optional fans.
1 TB hdd and a 300 gb
1 dvd/cd
Win7 64-bit
working just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsFast, cool and somewhat quiet

Pros: Very graphics boost to my system. I run HD resolution games at never less than 35 fps in the most intensive part of the game. Most of the time the framerates are between 100-250. The fan is pretty quiet, but it is the loudest part of my box. Heat seems low. I have not overclocked it, works fine for me.

Cons: It's really big. Make sure your case is big.

Other Thoughts: I think I got an open box item. It was shipped from Newegg's RMA department and I didn't see any factory seals on the box. Suspicious. But it's working.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fast and quiet

Cons: Randomly generates big cursor so BIOS needs to be up to date... but worst card freezes system. There is no good drivers so far so its a 300$ junk atm.

Other Thoughts: Probably last ATI card I ever purchased.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Well this card is awesome. Its at a decent price point and you get great performance. I can finally play crysis like its supposed to be played.

Cons: The product i was shipped was not the same as the one pictured. It is the v2 with the egg shaped cooler and not the one that covers the whole card. Im sure i can find a cheap aftermarket one to do the job would have been nice if it had it already.
