Built with NVIDIA 40nm process GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores and 320-bit 1280MB of GDDR5 high speed memory, Gigabyte’s new premium graphics card GV-N560448-13I supports Microsoft DirectX 11 technology. The GV-N560448-13I is equipped with GIGABYTE’s innovative WINDFORCE 3X cooling design, which features outward-inclined fans, two 8mm pure cooper heat pipes, and a large size vapor chamber. GV-N560448-13I also adopts Ultra Durable VGA, premium quality materials. Supporting NVIDIA 3D Vision, 3D Vision Surround, PhyX, and 3-way SLI, GV-N560448-13I provides extreme exciting and enjoyable gaming experience for all hardcore gamers.

  • newegg Ultra Durable VGA Gigabyte’s UDV board employs high quality components including 2 oz Copper PCB, 1st tier memory, Japanese solid capacitors, ferrite core chokes and lower RDS (on) MOSFET, resulting in 5% - 10% lower GPU temperature, 10%~30% better overclocking capability and 10%~30% less power switching loss.
  • newegg WINDFORCE 3X Anti-Turbulence Cooling WINDFORCE 3X 3D-inclined fin design is GIGABYTE’s first generation triple-fan solution. It features 3 ultra quiet PWM fans, three copper heat pipes and a unique vapor chamber to strengthen the speed of heat dissipation. The special outward-inclined triple-fan design effectively minimizes the flow of turbulence between the three fans. With a unique vapor chamber, WINDFORCE 3X is able to transfer heat from the hot spot to the cool spot as thermal energy becomes evaporated to the surrounding air. By capillary action, the condensed liquid droplets circulate back to the base of chamber. The cycles of evaporation and condensation enhance heat dissipation for greater cooling efficiency. Moreover, WINDFORCE 3X is equipped with two copper heat pipes to strengthen the speed of heat dissipation.
  • newegg Microsoft DirectX 11 Support DirectX 11 GPU with Shader Model 5.0 support designed for ultra high performance in the new API’s key graphics feature, GPU-accelerated tessellation.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology enables a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision& 3D Vision Surround NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. Expand your games across three displays in full stereoscopic 3D for the ultimate “inside the game” experience with the power of NVIDIA 3D Vision and SLI technologies. NVIDIA Surround also supports triple screen gaming with non-stereo displays.
  • newegg 3-Way SLI Ready NVIDIA SLI technology links multiple GeForce GPUs together for dramatically improved graphics performance. With over 1,000 supported applications and used by over 94% of multi-GPU PCs on Steam, SLI is the technology of choice for gamers who demand the very best.

5 out of 5 eggsFast, was Market Sweet Spot

Pros: It's super fast. From what I understand, it is quite overclockable. Installed in a pre-built PC made by HP. No problem fitting it in. Makes most games run pretty dang fast. Pretty good cooling capability in an airflow-starved case.

Cons: Needs a workaround for using in the Mercury Playback Engine in Premiere Pro. This is not a con for the item per se, since Adobe controls the approval process. Either way it is just an marginally annoying workaround that video editors need be aware of.

Other Thoughts: Were I buying for my personal rig, I would've gone with 570 since a limited-run model introduces several issues, like ambiguous support from Nvidea drivers. For a long time, had to use beta driver for best performance. Also SLI (which I don't care about; would rather not double odds of having a failure or buy a more expensive PSU) would be more difficult down the road. But, budgets are budgets.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Great performance and great cooling. Huge card but it fits in my case. The cooler is quiet which is a real plus.

Cons: Call me stupid but I don't like how the blue looks in my black case.

Other Thoughts: i7-2700K
Asus P8P67-LE
8 GB G Skill Sniper

3 out of 5 eggsQuiet!! Except...

Pros: The fans are very quiet even under load.

This card stays much cooler than similar cards.

Cons: Coil noise. ugh... When I purchased this card there was not enough information, however I have read on different oc sites about a bit of whining.

Still, it could be a small percentage of cards.

Time to break out the hot glue gun/heat gun.

I would rate this card at a 5 if it did not have this noise. 5 stars otherwise for it does exactly what I purchased it to do; that was to be a cool and quiet card.

Other Thoughts: I bought this over the EVGA because it runs significantly cooler and quieter at a fairly insignificant reduction in frame rate relative to the EVGA.

I will isolate the noise to its exact origin which is likely a result of poor manufacturing or quality control and perhaps post the solution on the forums.

How is it that everyone on Newegg that posts a review has a tech level of 5?

By my definition relative to those I know who really have been around the block in the world of pcb's, I can say apparently everyone who posts reviews must have a PhD combined with a decade or more of experience.

I have two btw, no I do not consider myself on the highest of tiers.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful

Pros: No overheating issues due to great temperature control. Runs BF3 on ultra for every category without even a hiccup. Used this single card to replace older SLI cards in my rig and it easily does everything I need it too.

Cons: It was a snug fit with my motherboard and the tower. I went with a Rosewill Thor 2 case, and I had to flex the case a bit to get the motherboard and card to line up with expansion slot. May be due to my case or the card, but thought it was worth mentioning. Also, the card is longer than the mother board by at least 1inch, so factor that in your Tower choice.

Other Thoughts: This is a BIG card. It overshoots my Motherboard by about an inch or so. It is also made wider by the 3 fans. It just required some housekeeping to keep my cables from my power supply from rubbing against the card. I have no regrets in purchasing though. This thing packs some major punch.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - 3 fans
- Came with a free BattleField 3 coupon
- Runs BF 3 on ultra settings with ease - single card and single monitor
- Have had no issues so far
- Almost a GTX 570 at a less expensive price

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: - I've always had good luck with Gigabyte motherboards. This is my first Gigabyte video card and it is serving me well so far.
- I'm running the stock settings. I haven't had to overclock yet. None of my current games seem to phase it.

1 out of 5 eggsCan't obtain written warranty

Pros: Nice design. Great cooling ability. Overclock potential.

Cons: I was anxious to purchase this video card however, upon contacting Gigabyte, I discovered they do NOT have a written warranty. They replied "There has no any copy on warranty requires, All graphic cards carries an 3 year warranty from the date it was manufacture (according to serial number)"

Unfortunately, you have no idea of when that warranty began until you purchase the product and look at the manufacture date. So 3 years could actually be 2 years depending on when it was manufactured.

All other companies base their warranty on purchase date, not date of manufacture.

I'm refusing this delivery per Newegg's advice so that I can buy from EVGA.

Other Thoughts: Newegg rocks!

They're letting me refuse delivery and issuing a full refund. That's why I'm buying my EVGA card from NEWEGG!

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I am happy with the quality and the performace of this GPU.

Cons: I purchased two of these items.

-Both items did not have a registration card located within the box.
-Both BF3 coupons had already been used.

This is very frustrating.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Price/performance
Only 5% slower than a GTX570
Free Battlefield 3 coupon
Stays cool
Excellent gamer

Cons: Fans get loud over 70% but even playing BF3 maxed the fans never get over 50%. I only know from manual setting.

Other Thoughts: This card is large enough that I had to modify the drive cage of my case to get it to fit. Not a con because I knew this going in. Both the case and card manufacturers clearly listed the size. Plays BF3 all maxed at 55 FPS. 4x MSAA gets 66 FPS.
