5 out of 5 eggsGreat Great

Pros: Been using it to run Star Citizen hangar and dogfighting module on an i7 920. Runs great. Some people with better GPUs complain to have worse performance than I am with this.

Cons: None performance wise

Other Thoughts: I think the price is a little high for the level this card is.

5 out of 5 eggsAll of My Yes

Pros: -I can run ALL of my Games on Ultra. Skyrim I have 4K texture mods, graphic mods, etc, etc, point is it is beautiful and my average frame-rate is 100-125fps

-Got it when it came with Metro: Last Light and on ultra, that game has better graphics than real life.

-The Giant fans work wonders keeping it cool. (I also have the NZXT Phantom which helps with the cooling)

-Fast, clean, big and beautiful.

-I can run my 3 monitors in Spanning mode and it is amazing. (Middle Monitor is HDMI to DVI with a HDMI to DVI Adapter)

-As a graphics artist and motion graphics artist, this is a beautiful card for people starting to get into the craft seriously. This and the AMD I mentioned earlier, I took down video rendering times to half if not more of my previous computer.

Cons: Only one major complaint:
I am not sure if this is the nVidia driver's fault or just the configuration of the card, but in order to update the driver while in spanning mode, the display crashes. So you have to disable Span and update, which could reset or mess up any specific desktop icon/widgets configurations you may have. I use rainmeter widgets across all 3 monitors, but I could easily exit out of it, update, and restart. The only real problem here is icon and wallpaper configurations.

Other Thoughts: OC'd with an AMD Zambezi 8-Core (OC'd to 3.8GHz), your games will get 100+fps. The only games where it "struggled" was the Crysis series, and Assassin's Creed 3 and 4 but event those got roughly 40 to 60fps which I am happy with.

I am also

5 out of 5 eggsTotally in Love

Pros: I plugged it in, updated my drivers, and it was off like a shot. Plays all my games on their highest settings, runs all 4 of my monitors no problem, and I never see any problems.

Cons: None that I have experienced.

Other Thoughts: My case is a bit small for this monster card, but that's not the cards fault. :)

5 out of 5 eggsExactly as advertised

Pros: I purchased this as an upgrade from an nVidia GTS 450, so I noticed immediate improvements across virtually every metric or benchmark. It runs every game I've thrown at it so far on at least "high" settings with 35+ fps. To be honest, though, on some games I had to turn down one or two settings to "medium" in order to keep that performance. But for a "mid-tier", ~$200 card that's exactly what I was expecting.

The card itself, appearance-wise, is fearsome. It looks like it belongs behind the grille of a car, cooling an engine. No fancy casing, no lighting... just two huge fans, a huge radiator, and some serious copper tubing. Despite that, it is super quiet - my computer case sits about two feet from me and is uncovered, and I only notice this card during more intense gaming.. not any different than other cards I've used.

Cons: The Overclocking software provided by Gigabyte isn't the best written software on the planet, but honestly I see no real reason to overclock in the first place so it's really a non-issue. I'm not real up-to-date on my technology, but apparently this GPU has a built-in boost (literally called "GPU Boost") that increases clock speed on demand, making a third-party program necessary only for the most extreme overclocking.

Other Thoughts: I can mine altcoins at around 170kh/s, and the card never got over 55 degrees celsius.
