5 out of 5 eggsBest Graphics for the Money

Pros: - Excellent graphics, can play any game on ultra
- Quiet, you don't even hear it that much when gaming, Nvidia did a good job with the stock fan
- Cool, no stuttering, and very stable
- Neat LED "GEFORCE" wording on the side of the card that you can control with Nvidia software on your desktop

Cons: - I don't really know if this is a con or not, but it's a larger card and you should make sure it fits in your case before buying

Other Thoughts: Overall, I am very happy to have this card and it'll take anything you throw at it and has the option to OC if you want to. I want to buy a second one eventually to SLI it.

5 out of 5 eggsGK110 Architecture on a 28nm Process!!!!!

Pros: -Is basically a Titan with about 90% of the performance!!!

-Has the cool green LED of the GEFORCE GTX on the side of the card so it adds to the ambience of my case

-I am seeing approximately 20% to 30% performance increase over my Dual GTX 660 SLI setup.

-I must admit this card is extremely silent especially coming from my last setup where you could hear the fans go up and down all the time this is an extremely quiet card.

-Is built extremely well and feels solid and has a nice weight to it.

Cons: It does require a bit more juice compared to previous cards other than that there are none that I can think of this is an awesome card and some would say that the price is a con but when you see the performance to price ratio this card is a decent investment thus making the 649 dollar price tag justifiable.

Other Thoughts: I am not going to take away any eggs for this but I came from a Dual GTX 660 SLI setup and I am only seeing about 20 more frames per second on BF3 and Black Ops II and I even upgraded my CPU from a 3770k overclocked to 4.6GHz to a 3930k and I am only seeing 20 more frames per second? Honestly I was hoping for better but honestly I wanted this card just to say I have it and I really really wanted the GK110 Architecture GPU cause I am amazed at how they packed 7.1 billion friggin transistors on a 28nm CPU. This card in and of itself compared to a single GTX 660 is double the performance and it is quite impressive.

I plan on getting a second and third GTX 780 and I will write another review to let you all know how many more frames per second I get with the 2nd and 3rd GTX 780. Nvidia please please make a GTX 790 with two GK110's on it please please!!!!!!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsworth it

Pros: Huge upgrade over my old gtx 570. The card is very quite and overclocks easily using the gigabyte software. my overclock with the fan set to auto and no voltage increase I got a gpu boost speed of 1025mhz and memory at 6500mhz.

Cons: price was a little more than what I am used to paying, but the build quality of the card makes it feel like its worth it.

Other Thoughts: The next gen Maxwell card will probably make the gtx 780 look slow by comparison but there's always something faster around the corner. This card really needs a fast cpu to get the most out of it, think intel 2500k and up.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Card

Pros: Upgraded from a 680 gtx, luckily it was within my 30 day return at a local retailer. Spent the extra 130.00 and got this. Happy I did.

Everything runs amazing. card runs pretty cool with the titan cooler overclocked to about 30 percent above stock and have major gains. Runs everything I throw at it from Last Light to BF3 to LoL in being buttery smooth. Also have to say its a major difference having a CF set up to a high end single card, the jitter you get from not having vertical sync on is terrible.

Cons: The price 649.00 is a little steep for a high end video card considering that the 680 was released at lower price. Hopefully the price will go down by the time I want to SLI it.

Other Thoughts: Newegg is always on the ball. I selected the 4-7 day shipping method and got it 3 days

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Card performs very well, and has never reached the 80*C that many review show. Playing Metro Last Light on max settings @ 1920x1080 the card never went over 60*C.

Card looks great, and feels solid. Upgraded from 2x Palit GTX 460 Sonics. Big reduction in sound/noise.

Cons: Now I want a second.

Other Thoughts: Fan is quiet, but can be noticeable when under load.

5 out of 5 eggsthis cards a beast

Pros: this card is a beast and doesn't trail the gtx titan by much, this card has a very wide margin for overclock, i was able to gain about another 20% of performance from this card,i have never owned a gigabyte graphics card but i am glad i did, i still use evga's precision tool for overclocking.

Cons: people seem to be upset about the price tag, but being 350.00 less than the titan for almost the same performance you really can't beat the price.

Other Thoughts: i replaced a gtx 680 with the 780 and alot of people said it wasn't worth an upgrade from the 680, i for one disagree with that, the 780 has a wider memory bus another gig of ram over my gtx 680,i threw my 680 on creigslist for 350.00 so really i am not gonna be paying full price for the 780, the 680's will drop now and are still great cards and will still run any game currently made today almost maxed out, the 780 i was able to get metro last light maxed and i am into train sims, so i was able to completely max train simulator 2013 maxed without stutter. my current rig msi z77 mpower
i7 3770k at 4.4 ghz 16 gigs of kingston hyperx beast at 2133, gtx 780, 2 samsung 840 pro's and a 27 inch asus nvidia 3d ready monitor, all purchased from newegg over the past 6 months, newegg is #1 in my opinion , i have been lucky nothing doa either, thanks newegg for another smooth transaction. :-)
