Pros: works awesome. Used to run dual GTX 580s and the 780 can do even better.

Cons: nothing

5 out of 5 eggsGTX 780

Pros: Great card... wish it was the newer revision with 8 phase power design.

Cons: My particular card isn't a great clocker - 1202/7010MHz.

Some work arounds to get beyond Gigabytes voltage limitations... this probably doesn't exist for the newer revision (see above).

Anyway, for OC'ers this is how the silicon lotto works.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for Water cooling

Pros: Nice black PCB.
Factory overclocked.
No screws on the PCI bracket that leave empty holes when you remove the air cooler to water cool it.
With water cooling and a custom bios the card idles at 80.6F or 27C and never goes over 120.2F or 49C.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I used Aquacomputers aquagraFX full cover water block for the GTX 780.
I placed a custom bios rom on the card after water cooling it and am now running base of 1033Mhz on the core, 1163Mhz Boost and 7200Mhz Memory I also raised the TDP to 115%

5 out of 5 eggsSmokin' Card

Pros: 3 fans keep this pup cool
Card is OC'd from the factory and so I OC'd it some more, with no artifacts of huge fan noise.
This can be a a wolf (Titan) in sheep's skin. Almost Titan performance with low price tag.
I use 3 1080P monitors and in surround it's sharp!

Cons: Hot air gota go somewhere and into the case it goes, so have good airflow.
This lil bugger can double as a heater, but performance is smack on.
Watch out this thing is a lil long in the tooth and had to do a lil modifying on the case to keep her feet from hanging or the bed.

Other Thoughts: Gigabyte has been my Mobo for years so thought I'd give this pup a shot and she hasn't let me down.
I have been a EVGA fanboy forever, but this time Big G got me and I', glad I made the move.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: I just came from a 7950 Sapphire (the red one with a single fan) and from what I can see I can play Arma 3 maxed out at 60 frames while the 7950 did 30. Sleeping Dogs with HD texture pack maxed out didn't even allow it to go under 30 frames with rain on benchmark.
This card is extremely quiet even when under load. I've turned the fan up to 100% and it's only as loud as the 7950 at 60%, which is what I expected on a triple fan.

Cons: Ramen noodles and ketchup packets for the next couple months...

Other Thoughts: You will want fast ram, at least 2133 mhz to keep the frame rates from dropping too much in certain games like Battlefield 3.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper Fast and Ultra Cool

Pros: Awesome card. I debated between this card and the EVGA GTX 780 ACX and decided on this one due to the tri-fan Gigabyte cooling solution. The highest the card has reached playing games is 67°C so there is no throttling by Boost 2.0 because the card never reaches 80°C. That means additional performance because the card can be overclocked more and allowed to reach its full potential. That is why it is one of, if not, the fastest card on the planet in some games when it is overclocked more than it already is.

Cons: I wish the profile of the card was better looking. The "Windforce" emblem can be seen when looking at the front side of the card, but once it is installed it is facing downwards and can't be seen. It would have been nice if Gigabyte had bent the tab that has the "Windforce" emblem on it 90 degrees so it could be seen like the Geforce nomenclature on the cards with the reference coolers. It doesn't affect the performance of the card, but it would have been nice.

Other Thoughts: I have always owned EVGA card because of their reputation and warranty. Gigabyte has a three warranty on this card, but there is no way to register the card on their website. Kind of makes me a little nervous. Oh well, time will tell.
