The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 REV2.0 comes with 2GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, and a massively powerful NVIDIA Kepler GeForce GTX 760 GPU of 1152 cores. Enjoy more power with the 1086MHz clock, which is 105MHz higher than the reference. It produces amazingly beautiful graphics and lifelike environmental interaction in the hottest DirectX 11 game titles. You'll enjoy a new level of realism in your favorite FPS, RTS, MMORPG, and RACING games. Featuring the WINDFORCE 3X cooling design, with Composite Heat Pipes and Direct Heat-Pipe Touch technology (DHT), the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 provides you with an extremely quiet and reliable gaming experience.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not only for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg Ultra Durable VGA The Ultra Durable VGA card provides dramatic cooling effects, lowering both the GPU and memory temperatures by doubling the copper inner layer of PCB, resulting in a 5- to 10% lower GPU temperature. The Ultra Durable VGA card reduces voltage ripples in normal and transient states, thus effectively lowering noises and achieving a 10- to 30% increase in overclocking capability. The Ultra Durable VGA board allows more bandwidth for electron passage and reduces circuit impedance. The less circuit impedance, the more stable flow of current. This can effectively improve power efficiency, lowering power switching loss by 10- to 30%.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg WINDFORCE 3X The GV-N760OC-2GD REV2.0 is equipped with the WINDFORCE 3X cooling solution. The WINDFORCE 3X outward-inclined fin design is GIGABYTE’s innovative new generation triple-fan solution, which features three ultra-quiet PWM fans, two 8mm copper heat pipes, and a king-size (140x86 mm) vapor chamber to maximize the speed of heat dissipation. The special outward-inclined, triple-fan design effectively minimizes the flow of turbulence between the three fans. With a unique vapor chamber, the WINDFORCE 3X transfers heat from the hot spot to the cool spot as thermal energy becomes evaporated to the surrounding air. By capillary action, the condensed liquid droplets circulate back to the base of chamber. The cycles of evaporation and condensation enhance heat dissipation for greater cooling efficiency. Moreover, the WINDFORCE 3X is equipped with three copper heat pipes to strengthen the speed of heat dissipation.

1 out of 5 eggsDefective after 1.5 years

Pros: Worked for 1.5 years without issue... what a great investment

Cons: After a year and a half the card began randomly crashing on games. It started months ago with crashes every hour or so, but has now gotten to the point where I can't run any games for more than 5 minutes without display driver crashes. After testing every other component in my PC, after multiple OS installs, game installs, and of course driver installs, I determined that the GPU has to be faulty.

I'd read horror stories about Gigabyte's RMA system before, but never thought it they would actually be as bad as they've been. Every step of the RMA process has had me calling them directly to ask what's going on, since they do not give you updates on the website. Funny enough, after or during every phone call, the RMA process would get moved ahead one step, then back into limbo until a few days later when I would call again. After all the annoyances I'd had with this card and their RMA system, Gigabyte's official stance was: "No trouble found after tests with multiple configurations" as a status update. This was especially amazing because my game crashing issue was resolved for me the second I swapped in a new GPU, so I knew for a fact that my card was defective. Judging by the recent reviews on this card, a year and a half of life seems to be pretty common. The end result was me getting ahold of one of their technicians over the phone and explaining that I had tested every component personally, with everything else passing all tests. I mentioned I was even able to test the exact same model GPU and once swapped, all issues were resolved. Only then did they offer to replace it for me. After a week of not hearing anything back, I called again and got emailed my offered replacement card. What kind of customer service forces you to call every week just to resolve an RMA?

Other Thoughts: After buying multiple Gigabyte motherboards and graphics cards over the years and even swearing by their WindForce cards, I will never again recommend them. Their warranty support is a sham and they don't back up their products. If you're reading this in the same boat, be prepared to fight for your replacement card.

1 out of 5 eggsNot A Good Investment

Pros: When I first purchased this card a year ago it worked amazing. It ran most, if not all of my games on ultra settings with 60 fps. It was great for the price.

Cons: After the year of ownership, the card refused to cool itself when it needed it most, which is incredibly ironic for what it is. Around the end of spring this year, with no overclocking ever done to the card, and no modifications to my overall use to change how the card would work. It is no longer working properly. Performance has dropped tenfold on games it ran just fine a little under a year ago. It's rendering transparent objects as circle-grid clusters that can only be hidden by forcing anti aliasing to a high to mid level setting that the card suddenly has issues that it never had before. These clusters appear on shadows when shadows are of course not just becoming giant checkered patterns in a multitude of games. It's overheating, even with the MSI afterburner app managing the fan power. I've gotten plentiful artifacts in-game and on my desktop.
The card now suffers when trying to render shadows and anti aliasing beyond anything it could do in the previous year.

Other Thoughts: When it comes down to it. Just using the card for every day gaming over the last year has lead to it's miserable failure and disappointment. I have no issue with MSI, but when it comes to this card, it feels like a punch to the gut how little it lasted.

3 out of 5 eggsWill not post after 18 months

Pros: Was awesome until a few days ago

Cons: Worked great until I turn my PC on and it fails to be detected. Tried different drivers, updated bios, verified pcie slot is good with different card.

Other Thoughts: Just submitted RMA request. Which will undoubtedly be a nightmare

2 out of 5 eggsNice while it lasted

Pros: At the time of purchase (right around the eve of the 900 series), it was one of the best cards for first time PC builders with a nice performance to price ratio. It has very good cooling with a very high max temperature threshold to boot. Two DVIs and HDMIs provided some nice multimonitor options.

Cons: Fans can be noisy at higher RPMs but it shouldn't be too big of an annoyance unless you play games through speakers as opposed to headphones.

This one's the heartbreaker: the DVIs became faulty within less than a year, resulting in "no signal detected" and "out of range" errors. I had a 144hz 1080p monitor, and I was getting the latter error with 720p at 60hz, which is an absolute disgrace. I have tried numerous workarounds (lower refresh rates, lower resolutions, driver rollbacks, even OS reinstallation in case the crashes resulted in messy directories that spiraled out far beyond my control). "No signal detected" results in crashes and continuous prompts of "no signal detected" errors on restart which could only be remedied by manually shutting down and rebooting my computer.

Every time I tried a new driver, I would do a clean install. I have used 347.88 drivers which were considered the last functionable drivers for Kepler cards. This worked fine for a while, but two weeks later, I was setting record number crashes which made the 35X.XX drivers look flawless after I finished playing Bioshock for around four hours. Basic internet browsing crashes within 15 to 30 minutes and trying any game which requires more than on-board display to be so much as passable results in instant crashing This was the talltale sign that this card had its days numbered, and I have done numerous methods that basically ran on the dreams of "getting lucky" such as moving it do a different PCI slot, removing and reinserting RAM cards, and other such things. I even tried going back to the driver that came on the disc (320.49), which was released just over two years ago and have gotten the same issues I had prior to clean installing everything. I am pointing fingers at the card instead of the PSU since if it was a PSU problem I am pretty certain I would have gotten unlucky by now and shorted out my whole rig or would have woken up to a ball of fire in the middle of my room by now.

I got unlucky, but not too unlucky. At least I payed less than a dollar a day while it lasted, which is still a pitiful reason to give it a 2/5 instead of a one.

Other Thoughts: The 970 even with it's infamous 3.5GB reputation has the better price to performance ratio nowadays (which could probably be accredited to the 3.5GB rep which makes it possible to find it as low as $300 quite easily), and the 760 is becoming harder to find at a decent price. Even if you do get your hands on a functioning card that'll last you for a while, it was probably at a higher than justified price and doomed to neglect with future driver updates since Kepler looks like it's being axed early.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible service Horrible product

Pros: Worked at first.

Cons: Stopped working within 5 months, and on top of that i buy the replacement plan and they will not do anything about it. they tell me i need to call the manufacturer and all i do is get the run around. I'm fed up, awful customer service. Transferred me all over the place just to tell me it would take multiple days to begin the process. Then i was argued with about what the issue was. I will not be buying gigabyte ever again.

Other Thoughts: SMH

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: This was my first GPU and it blew me away.
I max out all games at 1080p but some will not be at 60fps like about 40ish on some newer games but very playable.
Was great value for the time i got it.
LOVE that it has 3 fans and the look of the card is awesome.

Cons: At this point it pretty much obsolete because of GTX 960 and that card also cost less and more performance.

Other Thoughts: This was a great card but if you might as well buy GTX 960 because it pretty much the same except better cost and performance. If you can get this card for a Great deal then its worth getting because it will max most games.

1 out of 5 eggsCard Was DOA.

Pros: The card was highly impressive in its overall construction and the fans had extraordinary cooling potential.

Cons: Unfortunately I could not make much use of the cooling fans. I purchased this card in May of 2014, and due to difficulties with the motherboard I was working with at the time, placed it in secure storage for several months, where it rested undisturbed in its box in a cool and dry environment.
Earlier this week, upon a motherboard upgrade and the completion of a new desktop build which could handle this card, I installed the card and booted the desktop, only to find to my astonishment that the card's fans spun up, but the card itself failed to actually function, outputting no video signals whatsoever. The installation of an older NVIDIA card allowed me to view a video output from the desktop, whereupon both BIOS and Windows Device Manager detected an object in the PCI-E slots, but could not identify the object and stated that the object was nonfunctional, despite the latest NVIDIA drivers being freshly installed on my computer.
I submitted a support ticket with GIGABYTE, which went unanswered, forcing me to contact NVIDIA customer support, who told me in no uncertain terms that the card was faulty and to RMA GIGABYTE, as the card should be under a three-year manufacturer's warranty. As of this time, GIGABYTE has not responded to the RMA ticket either.

Other Thoughts: I also found out to my dismay that the initial troubles I was having with the motherboard of my desktop build at the time of my receipt of the card were due to GIGABYTE shipping me a dead motherboard as well.
While I am highly impressed by the overall construction and cooling potential of their device, the fact that they shipped me two expensive, yet totally unusable PC components inside of a single month leaves me severely disappointed with their business practices.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Everything. Runs any game I throw at it with 60+fps. Only time I got less than 60fps average was tombraider at max settings with tressfx. Even then it was high 50's. Card is quiet and stays fairly cool even under load

Cons: None that I have found

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: One awesome card. I had to get another one because my first one was lonely. Running in SLI just makes everything better. The card is pretty big, with my first one it took some fab work to get it in, but with my new case they just slide right in. I don't think you can go wrong for $200 bucks.

Cons: A little big but its not really a con.
