4 out of 5 eggsIt's great, but

Pros: - Silent when IDLE
- Can push 1440p enough.
- Under 300 dollars (in the right conditions)

Cons: - LOUD when gaming
- MOTHER. EFFIN. COIL WHINE.
- Those two things is the only cons i see.

Other Thoughts: Coil Whine. I can deal with it I guess, let's see for how long. Otherwise nice card.

5 out of 5 eggsPurchased for Crossfire

Pros: Great FPS, keeps extremely specially on crossfire and you put this card on top, because of the 3 fans, it will maintain alot cooler then my other i have and it has worked great. My case has great air flow but still didnt want to take a chance on burning the cards on crossfire so having this one on top worked out great

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: Good purchase, can run any games with single card, but just wanted a little more that was all

1 out of 5 eggsBroke quickly, received numerous broken replacements

Pros: It might work

Cons: 1. Sent back for an RMA when the card exploded. Received a unit with a good GPU and two broken fans (won't spin unless you spin it with your finger to get it going, then it makes a grinding sound)
2. Sent back for an RMA for two broken fans, received a unit with one broken fan. They only replaced one of the two broken fans, even though I put a not one the fan itself that they work both broken.

I'm had 3 cards and none of them have worked for more than a month, two have been broken out of the box. Gigabytes RMA process takes months and you pay for shipping. I'm down $55 in shipping and haven't had a working card for months.

Other Thoughts: I've had other similar experiences with Gigabytes RMA. I'd be stupid to ever buy a gigabyte GPU. Asus is still the gold standard.

Total cost of ownership
$500 initial cost
$55 for shipping
$80 for aftermarket replacement cooler

Has been used for 1 of the past 4 months.

1 out of 5 eggsGigabyte won't stand by their product if it's defective

Pros: Price

Cons: This card keeps crashing my computer when ever I'm running a graphics intensive program. I have tried updating drivers, my bios, checked other components without a solution. It hasn't been overclocked so that's not an issue. Finally sent it to Gigabyte for RMA and they took 2 weeks to send me back the same card. It took less then 5 minutes for the card to crash a game that was working fine with my system's integrated graphics before. Now Gigabyte won't reply to any of my inquiries or request for another RMA.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: Works very well, great frame rates on demanding games.
Overkill for most games.

Cons: Just like any other card this size, it droops a bit. Not a big deal but be aware of it if you're looking to buy,

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Excellent, reliable graphics.

Cons: It's rather gigantic.

Other Thoughts: Was a little worried about some reviews reporting video issues and crashing. Went with it anyway and so far it's fantastic. It's been running anything thrown at it flawlessly. The fans aren't as loud as I thought they'd be, which is really nice. This is huge bugger though, so make sure you're case has the room for it.

4 out of 5 eggsPerformes very well with amd

Pros: 3 Fans for improved air flow, price was decent, plays all the new titles with ease and flawless graphics, frames of 60-145 depending on game, I run all amd hardware to take advantage of Mantle which in my opinion is pretty kool, made fps on ultra in BF4 go from roughly 55-60fps all the way to 80fps, I run the A8-5500 cpu

Cons: Drivers were a big issue.... used one off CD just to get it started and I was getting mad tears and flashes on screen at random, I then downloaded the one from Manufacturer and that was a big FAIL as well, I then downloaded from AMD directly and havn't had any issues since. this card is a beast but... probably runs better paired with AMD products rather than intel, if you run quad core like me you may have issues in some games such as : Alien Rage... fantastic graphics! lags on opening doors.. yet all my other games work with no issues what so ever lol

Other Thoughts: card would have been better if the power consumption was lower than 600 watts, only 1 DVI... not everyone has display port or HDMI enabled monitors....

4 out of 5 eggsCurrently the best card for the money

Pros: This card by itself will max out any game out there at 1080p resolution and 60hz. The cooling system for this card is phenominal, at the stock overclock you will not break 64 degrees C (61C being average) on the most demanding 3D application (super tower case with silent optimized fans).

Two of these cards, assuming crossfire supported game, will best any single GPU card on the market. Running a 1440p display at 60hz, you need to turn on vertical sync, enough said.

Simply cannot beat the cooling, memory density, and memory bus for the money.

Cons: There is a brace which runs along the side of this card to supposedly help with the card sagging due to the large cooler. However, the way this brace is designed, it does absolutely nothing to prevent sagging. It's not enough to cause alarm, but it does put some stress on the PCIE slot. Minus one star for the half-a*sed bracket. This card needs either a full backplate or a better design for the side brace.

Other Thoughts: Overall, if you're wanting enthusiast level performance out of a limited budget, I would recommend this card to you. You can always buy a second card later as I did if you need 120/144hz or 1440p capability. At the current price this thing is a steal.

Be aware the cooler does overhang the PCB by about an inch. With the Phanteks Enthoo Primo super tower case I had to remove the reservoir bracket completely to fit the cards.

On a side note, I would like to see gigabyte offer a full coverage waterblock version of this card at a good price. No one makes a waterblock for this card due to it having a non-reference design.

1 out of 5 eggsNothing but Issues

Pros: Cards look great and have great cooling

Cons: I have had nothing but issues with these cards. Constant crashes, blue screens, and "driver issues". Every 5 min or so my screen flashes, goes black, and then it says that the driver recovered. I have tried tons of different drivers and tested out the motherboard via NVIDIA card. I have RMA'ed the card and they gave me the same one back claiming it was "fixed" but gave me no clues as to what they did or anything. I am currently seeking a refund for this product
