2 out of 5 eggsMostly Ultra / UPDATE: It's got some issues..

Pros: I am very satisfied with this GPU, it's my first computer build so I was expecting medium graphics at best.. However, I am able to play most games on ultra and those that seem to lag a bit I can drop down either Shadows or Particles and it fixes the issues.. Watch Dogs I'm playing fully Ultra with Shadows on Low. Game is amazing with those settings.. :)

Cons: The only con I've run in to is that when trying to overclock using AMD Catalyst, sometimes it overdoes it and crashes the GPU.. Even on the recommended settings for overclock. It's not a good card if you want to overclock while gaming, and I highly do NOT recommend it with this card without water cooling. On it's stock cooler it hits 60C just on normal operations. Overclocking would not be safe with this card..

Other Thoughts: Overall it's a great card, if you are new to building computers or just want something within budget, I totally recommend this GPU. Gigabyte hasn't steered me wrong yet :)

*Keep in mind the new mod that unlocks hidden features in Watch Dogs will not work with this GPU as it also puts shadows and particles on Ultra. It'll look amazing, but you will have a TON of lag.. ;)

UPDATE: Ran into quite a few glitching and color bar issues with this GPU.. I switched to NVidia and all my problems went away. It may not be just they type of card but the company that puts this one out as I've had issues with a Gigabyte motherboard as well. All issues vanished when I switched to ASUS. I'm thinking it's just a GIgabyte issue. I don't recommend this company at all.

1 out of 5 eggsCard finally died for good

Pros: Awesome card when it doesn't lock up my computer.

Cons: Sent the card to Gigabyte on and RMA within a few weeks of owning it as it would constantly lock up and would need to restart my computer.

It was sent back to me saying everything tested OK. Well yesterday it finally died while I was gaming. Monitors went to black and now the fans don't even turn and the computer won't even POST.

Installed my old HD5770 and that card works like a champ.

Other Thoughts: I'm probably going back to NVIDIA.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value, Unexpected Performance

Pros: Surprisingly powerful - runs pretty recent games at 60+ FPS at 1080p Ultra. Admittedly, I haven't tried it with any 2015 AAA titles, but that wasn't why I bought the card. For example, Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut easily runs at full frames with everything maxed.

Easy to overclock, although I haven't even needed to try it yet.

Great physical design on this card - the oversized fans really do make a difference. Haven't gotten above 70C on full load.

It's 160 bucks, and performs like a 200+ card.

Cons: Just know what you're getting into with AMD drivers. They're still pretty sub-par, but most of your tinkering with this card is probably going to happen in the BIOS anyway.

Other Thoughts: You can't get much better than this for 160 dollars unless you wait a long time for a very specific sale. Gigabyte makes great and reliable hardware and you can't really go wrong.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as expected

Pros: Really great performance
Temps stay reasonable

Cons: Cooler wasn't aesthetically pleasing, kind of looked like it didn't fit properly.

Other Thoughts: Card works great, was able to max many things at 1080p and play witcher on high preset at 20-30 fps [using pentium g3258 @ 4.2ghz]

4 out of 5 eggsok

Pros: cool
stays under 63c when gaming and using cinebench(76 fps with AMD 7850k@4.22 + this card)

Cons: loud when over 70% fan speed but it never goes that high
no backplate(heavy so it sags badly)
gets 30-40fps in gtav on normal 1080p, but that's not a con as my CPU is bottlenecking this card

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for 1080p gaming

Pros: Great for gaming at 1080p. And watching content in HD. Also works well with accelerating video encoding and editing with GPU enhanced effects. And it stays pretty quiet. Even under heavy gaming temps never exceeded 65c-70c. And those temps were in a hot room where ambient temps were close to 95F.

Cons: Not so great at displaying 4K content. While it keeps up with 1440p, while watching 4K I got stutters. And the PC I'm running has a 6 core CPU. So there shouldn't be any bottle necks. But not a big deal since I haven't transitioned to 4K yet.

Other Thoughts: This card has suited my build quite well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Especially if a 280 or 290 is still out of your budget. Great card. Other than the issues with 4K (probably due to the 2GB frame buffer), I have no complaints.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!

Pros: I have had this card for a few weeks now. So far Rome 2, Gal Civ 3, Counter Strike, and Company of Heroes are all running very smooth on highest settings paired with a fx-6300. No temperature problems at all and Very quiet

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Both Rome 2 and Company of heroes have crashed on me one time but I doubt it has anithing to do with this card. I am Skeptical that it was either my CPU or bootleg windows that I installed.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy! Hardcore memory performance for price

Stays pretty cool thanks to the two big fans
Fan tone isn't annoying

Cons: Didn't have enough money to buy 270x or higher

5 out of 5 eggsone of the best cards for the price

Pros: Can pretty much run any of my games on full graphics at 1080p. Of course, I'm not playing games that are graphics intensive to the point of crysis or something, but a 50C load temperature on heavy graphics games is still extremely good

Cons: sags, although it's expected with all large gpus

also, takes 2 6-pin power connectors, which can be annoying to wire
