Pros: I paid 6 bucks to ship a card that has been giving me nothing but problems and was just a hassle to boot up back to Gigabyte expecting them just to ship me another card. Nope not them...apparently all their tests were negative, so their shipping it back. I've never had this happen with an item purchased from newegg.com. And I am outraged. 134.99$ I spend for this junk.

Cons: Everything

1 out of 5 eggsgigabyte card

Pros: Good for about a month.

Cons: I'm getting artifacts on firefox and some games no matter what driver I use. Also, it was stated on newegg.com that the clock speed will be 1188 core, but amd driver had it at 1075 core speed. Lastly and the worst is that when I restart I get a black screen until I switch the connection from hdmi to dvi, this is everytime from windows 8 to 8.1 64 bit. I also cannot finish the gigabyte request form due to it always times out.

Thank you,
Fred

Other Thoughts: I spent a lot of hard earned money on this card. I would have to now say not to buy it. Even with the sale 119.00 bucks down the drain hurts. Back to my 5770. I've had it for over 3 years and its still going strong.

4 out of 5 eggsGood price for this

Pros: Fast card - the "mild" overclock works fairly well.

Cons: Not sure what's up, but I've been getting a few BSOD on my new system and when googled it seems to point to the video drivers. It's usually right after boot-up and then no problems the rest of the day. So we'll see.

Other Thoughts: This card drives an HD display effortlessly. I dont play many graphic intensive games, but Counterstrike plays close to 200 fps which is awesome compared to my old 1950 card (yeah I know.... olddddd).

4 out of 5 eggsA Performance Bargain

Pros: I bought a pair of these GV-R726XOC-1GD cards to run in Crossfire. They are very fast, quiet, and easy to keep cool. They benchmark just under the performance level of a single R9 280X card, despite only costing considerably less for the pair of cards. The single 100mm cooling fan does a great job while keeping sound levels down. I'm getting terrific frame rates running all of my games in Ultra High Quality at 1920 X 1080.

Cons: R7 260X cards are supposed to work in Crossfire without the need for a Crossfire bridge. Mine did not. I contacted Gigabyte, and they confirmed the cards needed a bridge connector, so their customer service department sent me one at no charge. The stock aluminum heat sinks work fine for stock settings, but the lack of copper heat pipes probably makes these cards poor candidates for overclocking.

Other Thoughts: Even with a crossfire bridge, I couldn't get the cards to work with Catalyst drivers v13.12 or v14.1. Once I installed the v14.2 beta drivers in Windows 8.1, they've worked perfectly together ever since.

A single GV-R726XOC-1GD card offers solid mid-range performance at a very affordable price. Running two of them in Crossfire is a cost-effective way to really wring out terrific high-end performance without having to drop a small fortune on a Radeon R9-series card. If you don't need a more sophisticated and expensive cooling solution for overclocking, this card is a real value.

5 out of 5 eggsLiving LaRadeon Loca!

Pros: Great card for the money, it is paired with an AMD FX-8320 proc, 16 Gb DDR3 and a Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB har drive.

This is how PCs should run, press button, things happen, no dots rolling in a circle on the screen, no loading, just pure performance.

Cons: I have asked again and again for breakfast in bed but NOTHING!

Other Thoughts: 2 free games, easy installation, quiet and cheap.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent budget card

Pros: Very well-priced, excellent performance so far. It's run everything I've thrown at it admirably. Handled Bioshock Infinite at 1080p on Very High settings with zero noticeable lag or stuttering. Power consumption seems to be quite reasonable. Haven't had any issues so far. Really a great card. Build quality was great, and the inclusion of a power adapter was a great touch.

Cons: Pretty large. I have a small tower/motherboard and I had to unplug my SATA cables to get the card installed. People with crowded cases might have similar difficulties. The fins are kind of obnoxious. Gets pretty loud when it's working hard, but it's not the worst I've heard.

Other Thoughts: The cons are both pretty minor, and I knew what I was getting myself in to when I bought a small case/micro ATX board. Neither issue should stop most people from buying what is otherwise an excellent card. This is the happiest I've been with a graphics card since I had my old X1800 XT about eight years ago.

1 out of 5 eggsDissapointed

Pros: Did its job while it worked

Cons: Burned in 1 week. Card just burnt. I have very good cooling and sufficient power supply to run my rig, however this card sparked and died.

Other Thoughts: Probably going back to nvidia.

5 out of 5 eggsR7 260X

Pros: Replaced a Amd 5770 with this one and a large difference in game fps, and overall quality. Had the 5770 for 3 years and its did its job.
Arma 3 with the 5770 game the auto optimize all at standard, with the R7 260X and auto optimize its all at Very High.
For 119.00 and 2 games this game can't be bet.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card, great price!

Pros: It runs every game I have on maxed out settings, including Final Fantasy XIV, Guild Wars 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, SimCity, Civ V, and Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Although those are older, it's still enabling me to max them out. What more can I ask for from a card I spent less to get than the Geforce that couldn't do the above?

Cons: A little loud
Doesn't cook me breakfast
