5 out of 5 eggsWorthwhile upgrade

Pros: Replaced a 550 Ti in an older system with 750 Ti. Old gpu ran ok but ran hot (65-70 C) under load. New card runs 34-40 C depending on load and sips electricity compared to the old gpu.

Cons: Not a big con but,... unit comes with HDMI x2 and DVI x 2 ports but no Display Port.

Other Thoughts: This card is set at a slightly lower core clock rate than some other brands. However, according to various online tech reviews the 750 Ti is shown to overclock nicely - potentially improving gpu performance.

4 out of 5 eggsGood value

Pros: It's a 750ti with a better heatsink, taking a good card and making it better.

Cons: 6pin PCIE connector

Other Thoughts: It's a great 750ti, just get it on sale rather than paying too much for it.

5 out of 5 eggsAnswers to some questions

Pros: Yes, 4 different monitors/TV's { 2 by HDMI, 2 by DVI }. If your TV's/Monitor's has these inputs you can use this card with them. There are adapters to change HDMI to DVI and vice verse if needed. This card is more for gaming than 2d charts etc.. but works for both. See other thoughts for running 2 different sounds to 2 different devices at the same time. Can be used in conjunction with some other video cards if needed. Amazing power efficiency. Single-slot design works well with small-form-factor PCs. The GPU is PCIe 3.0 which is backwards compatible so will work with PCIe 2.0. but at the PCIe 2.0 speed.
G-Sync, a new technology from Nvidia that allows GeForce video cards to play games without refresh rate induced stutter or screen tearing. A G-Sync capable monitor is required.
New Maxwell architecture, which is designed to produce great frame rates while drastically reducing power consumption. Generally 20 or more watts than its closest competitors.
EVGA's Precision X overclocking tool.
A six-pin power connector that feeds the GPU with extra juice when overclocking, but it runs entirely on the power provided by the PCIe interface if not. Given it's a midrange card, the GTX 750 Ti isn't the best choice for pushing anything higher than 1080p, or indeed anything at ultra settings. However, its performance is impressive for a GPU that doesn't need a power connector.
Will mirror monitor to TV.

Satisfy your multi-screen setup, high definition and extreme gaming experience. Remember that the program you are using has to be able to use multiple screens also. Not all do. Older operating systems, your computer hardware, and other factors may not allow you to. Doing photo or video editing can use one monitor to view their actual media, and another screen to hold tools, color palette data, etc. In the case of video editing, some programs allow a screen to be dedicated to showing a full resolution preview as well. Stock traders often need to be able to view a lot of data at the same time, so even though they may not be running many different applications they can often want multiple windows generated by the same program (or even multiple instances of a single application). So specially designed cards like this one are available that can support up to four monitors each, and which can be used in multiples to provide support for a lot of screens from a single computer. A newer use of multiple monitors is for gaming.
Works with my 3D monitor.

Please be advised this is a 4k video card so it will work with the new generation of TV's emerging on the market at the 4k level but you have to use 2 HDMI lines from the card to to the TV to get Ultra HD.

To answer the question am I happy with my purchase of this card. Yes.

Remember this is NOT a high end video card, but most defiantly not a low end. You must decide if this card is the right one for your needs and in the price range you are willing to spend your money on.

Cons: No VGA port people and NO SLI... For those who don't know. "Scalable Link Interface (SLI) is a brand name for a multi-GPU technology developed by NVIDIA for linking two or more video cards together to produce a single output. SLI is an algorithm of parallel processing for computer graphics, meant to increase the processing power available for graphics".

No HDMI or DVI cables. You will have to purchase these separately if you do not already have them.

Other Thoughts: Its called stream routing...
"As you may noticed, great improvements have been made in Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. Applications can realize Stream Routing via the new Core Audio APIs. Windows 7 and up has the ability to distinguish between communication devices and all other audio devices. It is now possible to have both a Default Communications Device that is separate from the Default Audio Device. The Default Communication Devices will be used for PC based communication like web chat or VOIP, and the Default Audio Device will be used for everything else. Stream switching enabled dynamic stream switching based on the default device. If the default audio device is disabled or unplugged, Windows automatically tries to determine the next default audio device and will dynamically redirect the audio to that new device".
You can also install other software like VLC which allows control of output audio device and play a movie on your TV with its audio while either a game, music or other sounds default to the computer's speaker. Hence 2 different devices, 2 different sounds, same computer, both at the same time. Someone can watch TV through HDMI with the movie's dialogue playing while others can listen to music from the sound card or board integrated sound. TESTED, TRIED, TRUE Windows 7 and Windows 8. Do not know if it will work in older versions of windows. Of course your computer has to have the processing ability to run multiple high resource programs. Although some games demand too much resources from some computers to do this.

Have a good day/night and be well.

4 out of 5 eggsNice budget upgrade

Pros: Used this card to replace my old NVIDIA Geforce 250 GTX card. Runs quietly and appears to be working well.
Temps stay cool thanks to the dual fans, even after heavy gaming the temps on the card never rose above 86F.
The graphics numbers under my Windows Performance index went from 7.0 to 7.6 after upgrading to this card.

Cons: I went with 4 eggs for two reasons:
1) The card does not come with a dvi/vga adapter
2) The box it came in was not shrink wrapped and the anti-static bag that held the card was not sealed. Leads me to believe I have a refurb instead of a new card.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks fine

Pros: works well, bought it for multi-display system. Now just using 2 monitors.

Cons: no display port

Other Thoughts: Purchased as a backup when experiencing issues with multi monitor church worship system. issue turned out to be a bad hdmi monitor so I used this to replace a saphire 5770. Works well.
