1 out of 5 eggsGood card for the price, until it died

Pros: The card ran fairly well for the price (during the time it worked), and could handle most recent games at mid to high range settings.

Cons: The card began to randomly stop after a few months. I sent it back to be RMAed, and it was returned after "having been tested with multiple configurations, and no issues were found." I plugged the card back in, and it ran for a little while, and then began randomly stopping again. It hasn't worked since.

5 out of 5 eggsExceeded Expectation

Pros: Plays all my games at 1080p/ultra/60 fps, great price/performance. The card is reasonably quiet under load. I can't hear it over the rest of the fans in my case at idle, and it is barley noticeable while gaming. It is built strongly and doesn't really sag. It's usually about 50 degrees C under an good load, and idles at 35 degrees C.

Cons: This card is a rebadged Radeon HD 7950, so it's a few years old, and efficiency is decidedly last-gen, and they use a lot more power than their competitors.

Full disclosure, the first card I received had a broken core temp sensor. I've seen multiple people with the same GPU have the same problem, so you had no way to know the temperature, which is unsafe, and the fans ran at 100%, and the resulting noise (roar) sounded like a plane, or a room full of servers, rather than a single PC. I've never had to go through a RMA process before with any company. To Newegg's credit, the process was nearly instant and painless, and my current card works flawlessly. They sent me a free return shipping stamp which was awesome! The painless RMA process is one more reason that I like Newegg!

Other Thoughts: This GPU is a few years old by now. The R9 300 series is coming soon, so I would wait till then to decide if you want to invest your money in something newer, but by today's standards, this card won't disappoint as long as you're playing at 1080p, and the 3 Gbs of VRAM should give this card some more longevity.
I can't speak for the overclocking performance, as I'm satisfied with my performance, and can't be bothered to OC it, but everything I've seen says it's a OK OCer, so that'll be good in a few years when performance starts dropping.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat mid range card

Pros: *Low Price
*Great power per dollar
*Runs games at very high to max settings, while still getting good fps at 1080
*Not as loud as expected (in cooler master n200 case)

Cons: *Card runs hot while gaming

Other Thoughts: I got this card for a budget gaming build and have had no issues. It runs hot in some high graphics games, but still pushes out a very nice picture at 1080.

I have had no issues with drivers on windows 8.1, this is a great budget card. Though if your budget allows look at the 280x, as it is more powerful.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: awesome graphics card for the price (was on sale when i bought it w/ 20$ rebate). I was putting together a budget build, and it was the best/cheapest 3gb gpu i could find. runs like a champ and can keep up with pretty much every game I play without a single hint of stress. the box it came in was very nice as well, it oozed absolute quality.

Cons: Only one HDMI port. I know that's not a big deal, but for me its kindof a setback.

Other Thoughts: came with all the cables needed to crossfire and whatnot

Pros: This is great graphics card i have had no issues.

Cons: The only issue is you need to have a bigger power supply because i have a 550 and it barley cuts it.

3 out of 5 eggsVery Close to being a great card

Pros: Very Powerful card, runs any game I throw at it very well on highest settings, never have any problems with low framerates

Cons: TONS of artifacts. It doesn't seem to matter what game I play, or even what program is open. I will get random artifacts in any game that I play. It becomes extremely annoying as the card is more than powerful enough to run games on highest settings. I've tried increasing the power to the card, and messing around with the clock speed setting with the CCC. This is the only complaint I have with the card.

2 out of 5 eggsSomething Wrong

Pros: When it's working, looks and runs great.

Cons: Okay, here's where my lack of knowledge about video cards comes into play. Every so often, I start to get something weird on the screen. Usually it's at the edge, but sometimes it's in the middle. It's pretty much square in shape, and looks like a pixel-pattern checkerboard that flickers.
I've been told that this is a driver issue. I've been told that AMD is known for having bad drivers on newer cards, and that if I keep my drivers updated the problem will go away.
I'm having a hard time believing this. I think it might be a bad card. Unfortunately, all of the ways to tell that I've read about are beyond my technical expertise, or lack thereof.
All I know for sure is that when the card works, it looks great, but when it doesn't, which is usually when I've had it on for a while (but it's not a heat problem, that I could check), this glitchiness crops up. A reboot usually fixes it, but it does come back.
Whether it's a bad driver or a bad card, I shouldn't have to be dealing with these glitches, and after a few months of giving them time to fix the driver, the problem's still there. Since driver and card are interconnected, I give it a 2 rating overall. It's not a 1 because it does work, and looks great when it does, but the glitches keep it from being any more than a 2.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the money

Pros: Fast
Memory
Overclocking

Cons: Fans are very loud when they are over 60% of their max rpm

Other Thoughts: This card has been great. There seem to be a decent number of people with quality control complaints and since I've had the card only a few months, I can't speak to it's longevity.

However I can speak to it's performance. First off don't use AMD Catalyst controller to overclock this card. Yes it works fine but I got much better results from MSI Afterburner. Power +20% Core clock 1200 and memory clock at 1575. I can play Crysis 3, AC4, Metro 2033, blacklist, tomb raider and more on the highest quality settings at 1080p. On Crysis and AC4 I do have to turn down AA a bit, usually the second highest option to get playable framerates but still. For such a cheap card this thing has blown me away.
