5 out of 5 eggsMost expensive component in my build, but worth it.

Pros: Amazing performance, speed, and temperature.

Comes with OC software.

Plays CoD Ghosts campaign-mode on max. The only noticeable lag is during the loading clips (in-between missions), when it maxes-out my six-core CPU!

PCI 3.0

Not too loud.

Comes packed inside a huge static-free bag, seated inside a snazzy black foam, placed inside a sleek black box, concealed inside the sharp-looking cover-box... If you like that kind of thing.

Cons: I had to take a Dremel to my old case to fit the card in it, but I expected as much.

Other Thoughts: I'm running three monitors, and thinking about adding a forth, just because I can now.
The card is huge, as expected, yet worth every penny I paid.

I upgraded from a 1GB Radeon HD 7770 to this.

It is running on a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 (rev 3.0) with Windows 7 Pro and UbuntuStudio.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card!

Pros: Performance per dollar is great, the 3GB of memory gives it an edge on the 270x, doesn't run too hot.

Cons: heavy, big

1 out of 5 eggsDo not buy

Pros: It works 50% of the time when you try running games.

Cons: - It doesn't work 50% of the time when you try running games. Your game end up crashing after a few minutes (or hours if you're lucky)
- The cards stops working and crashes a few times a day when surfing the internet. It is very annoying. (is running Google Maps so hard?!)
- When it's not crashing, a few black lines keep appearing everywhere on the screen. As soon as they disappear, they're soon replaced with some new black lines. Very annoying too.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card a few months ago (august). I thought it would be a great card for the price. I really regret my purchase now.

Yes yes, I will send it back to Gigabyte so they "repair" it (if it is possible). Just remember, you have to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them, you won't have any GPU for a few days (weeks). Luckily, I have integrated graphics on my mobo, but I won't be able to keep my 2 screens set-up. I don't know if it's Gigabyte's or AMD's fault... still wondering.

2 out of 5 eggsDidn't meet expectation

Pros: Received it quickly after ordering
Can run low end games

Cons: Wasn't any better than the low end graphics card I replaced
Low framerates on lowest settings in newer games
It's a huge card but not powerful
Gave me buyer's remorse

Other Thoughts: I bought this card to replace a radeon hd 7750 1gb ddr card. I was playing assassin's creed unity and was getting low frames on low settings so I decided it was time to upgrade. I got this card popped it in and to my surprise it wasn't any better. Even on the lowest resolution and lowest graphic settings it still only runs 15-25 fps. I have 16gb system memory and a good i7 processor mobo combo so I would have to think the card is weak. The card is 4 times the size of my old one yet runs the same if only slightly better. I was definitely dissapointed by gigabyte's card it didn't meet my expectations. Either I got a faulty card or it's just weak

2 out of 5 eggsEither works great, or doesn't.

Pros: Three fans that keep this card incredibly cool. You'll probably hear your case fan or CPU fan before you hear this card. Provides many output options.

Cons: This card has been somewhat hit or miss for me; either it works great and displays no problem, or the game I'm playing is riddled with random shifting blocks of white. This has been observed in Bioshock: Infinite, Tomb Raider. Payday 2, and League of Legends. Sometimes, an entire half of the screen will be covered in a grey black cloud. Might just be my card, though. I will RMA and update should I see an improvement.

Other Thoughts: Relatively large card: fit into my case fine, but you may want to do a bit of research to make sure it'll fit into yours. Also somewhat heavy, and may weigh down in some motherboards.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Value/Amazing GPU (No Hate)

Pros: +Runs really quite
+Overclocked out the box with some of the highest clock speeds.
+Stays nice and cool thanks to the x3 Windforce fans
+$198 is a great price for a beastly gpu
+Maximum graphics settings, 60+fps, 1080p
+Dedicated 3gb of DDR5 which is looking to be the next standard for next gen gaming, and a big plus to have.

Cons: - The card is a tad bit on the large side, which is to be expected considering the 3 wind force fans which keep the card running fantastically cool. (Guess its a small trade off)

Other Thoughts: I am not sure why this card in particular is rated so low or why people have decided to bash this card. I have had it for over a month and it has FAR exceeded all of my gaming expectations. I can literally run any game at maximum settings, 60+fps, and at full 1080p. Two amazing features that set this card apart from the rest is the fantastic overclock right out the box for utmost performance and some of the fastest clock speeds of any of the R9 280s. Also, the x3 Windforce fans built into the card keep this card running cooler and quieter than the competition. For those of you who are looking for a great, solid, reliable, quite, and very powerful gpu to last you many many years definitely consider this card. (Do not listen to people who bash this gpu for no good reason, this is an amazing card.)

- Cheers

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Gpu

Pros: Great graphics card with good overclocking ability. This card never got above 60c while under stress test at 100% usage. Ran over 60 fps in 1080, on tomb raider, skyrim, and AC 4 with highest settings. The card remained extremely quiet the entire time.

Cons: Absolutely none!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good performance, Quiet

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: May be tv, but have been getting some flickers every now and then. Hopefully its just because I'm using a Sanyo LED TV I bought from W-Mart which I'm sure is. Hoping to find a good monitor on Blk Friday instead.

5 out of 5 eggsGood For the price.

Pros: Great Performance for the price.
Can run any game on ultra.
The factory OC makes a huge difference.

Cons: Horizontal flicker when monitor is plugged in to the Dvi port, i use a DVI to vga converter.

But HDMI comes out perfectly clear.

Other Thoughts: Two of these would be great in Crossfire, but my PSU is too weak.

1 out of 5 eggsThree dead cards

Pros: I might be able to build a fort out of them if I could keep the broken ones instead of sending them back.

Cons: Second RMA finally came back, with a third paperweight. I'm done.

Other Thoughts: Just buy a different card. This isn't the one.
