is this graphics card reliable?

It's a good graphics card for 4K HD displays. But if you plan to be gaming it simply won't be able to handle high demamding games (such as Metal Gear Solid V). But running it along with another (more poeerful) card too power a multiple monitor setup is a good idea. All in all it's reliable if you don't push it beyond it's limits.

will this card work with a 430w corsair psu??? I have a 860k cpu, 2x 4gb of ram, 1tb hard drive, 1 monitor &1080p. Thanks for your help!

I wouldn't recommend it if you are going to overclock the system or if you're going to use for heavy gaming.

ok so this cards specs say it is PCI Express 3.0 but on another web site it says PCI Express x16 are you both correct or only one ?

It is both.  The x16 is the number of lanes and the PCI Express 3.0 is the standard.  3.0 is twice the speed of 2.0 if you motherboard supports 3.0.   I have two of these in my desktop driving 4 displays, however one card can easily drive 4 monitors.   I have not tried 4.

Question 4

How much would a PCIe 2.0 slot hurt the performance of this card ?

I use it with PCIe 2.0 rather than 3.0. I've never tried it with 3.0 because I don't have a motherboard that supports 3.0 yet. All I can say is that games like Fallout 4 and GTA V are zinging along quite nicely. I am VERY impressed with this card.

It says it has a 6 pin connector, does that mean a molex 4 pin to 6 pin pci cable?

no,you must have a 6 pin power connector from your power supply to plug into the receptical on the r7 360.

Question 6

Is this card compatible with the A10 APU for dual graphics mode?

No it is not. A10 is only able to crossfire with r7 240 or r7 250 (memory type does not matter, both ddr3 and ddr5 models will work) That being said, don't get hung up on trying to get this apu crossfire to work as the benefits are small compared to all-out GPU upgrade such as this r7 370 or if you can swing it, go for the r9 380.
