5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for 5 years

Pros: Performance

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Took 5 years to kill it, but it did finally burn out (a capacitor actually fell off - probably from solder joint heat). You can now get similar performance for less than half the price, which is nice.

5 out of 5 eggsStill a contender in SLI

Pros: It's been just over 4 years since I bought two of these to run in SLI. Both still play very decently together with current generation games. Although it was a hefty amount to buy two of these at the time, I think they've proved their worth just lasting this long.

Cons: I just wish cards as good as these could last forever.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: Has been my dear video card companion and still is to this date. Unfortunately it is time to replace it, but it was a great card and had good times with it.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Gonna go for the 560i

5 out of 5 eggsFour Years !!

Pros: 4 years and still works great. Have maintained it by periodic cleanings and fresh applications of thermal paste but never have I had any issues whatsoever.

Extremely low temperatures . Plenty of power for older titles and some newer ones.

Works great as a PhysX processor.

Was the best bang for your buck for years with power close to that of the 8800 Ultras for a fraction of the cost.

Cons: No longer available.

Not low profile so could not use in my last HTPC build.

Other Thoughts: Long ago replaced as my primary gaming card by a GTX260FTW ( Not much difference in performance ) , a GTX295 , and now a pair of GTX560Ti's ,
it stills servers me well as a dedicated PhysX unit.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Have had this card for over two years, not a single problem, has run everything I have thrown at it including, but not limited to, WoW, Rift, Crysis, Witcher 2 and most recently Skyrim. It is just now starting to get to the end of its life as I had to overclock it and push its limits to get skyrim running smoothly but it runs and is very playable. Love this card and how reliable it has been and almost hate to have to upgrade soon.

Cons: Not a single one.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a Beast

Pros: There is a reason why this was one of the most critically acclaimed cards of all time. Mine still works up to date, after 3 solid years. Performs extremely well, very durable, a true beast.
Replaced with a 560ti

Cons: Can't beat the rule of technology. Newer games require newer cards.

5 out of 5 eggsWHAT A CHAMP!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: My friend gave this card to replace a 8400gs a few years ago. I've had it since. NO problems what so ever with it. Still runs a lot of games to date but I am upgrading now to a gtx 460.
Thanks MSI for making one of the best cards ever.

Cons: Couldn't really overclock what was already overclocked.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is a Good One!

Pros: A reliable performer right out of the box! Just didn't take long before there were a lot of newer cards out there :( but it was a smart buy then, and is still a contender.

Cons: None! Though their rebates can be frustrating, I've always had GREAT experiences with MSI's products, and would happily buy MSI again and recommend them.
