Great Card
- Pros: Runs a lot faster then my old Nvidia 7600 overclocked SLI cards. Able to max out setting on Borderlands, Fallout 3, Oblivion and almost max out NWN 2. Played Borderlands for well over an hour and my system temperature stayed rather low.
- Cons: Runs a little louder then my last card. But seems to run at a low temp.
- Other Thoughts: Very great price if you are on a budget.
BEST CARD FOR THE PRICE PLAYS GAMES SO WELL THANK YOU NEWEGG
- Pros: extremly good for the price fan is very soft . Don't over clock the memory over 920 MHZ. you can safely overclock the core to 800 MHZ
- Cons: NONE WHATSOEVER
Good
- Pros: Great performance at this price level. This is my first card from ATI, breaking my Nvidia brand loyalty. I love that it hosts both DVI and VGA connections, came packed with an HDMI adapter as well.
The fan is quiet, it runs cool, and ATI drivers were a breeze to install.
- Cons: The card is kind of thick due to the heatsink. This isn't a problem for me, but be aware that it could crowd things a little.
- Other Thoughts: The obligatory "it runs Crysis on High" comment goes here.
I'm really impressed with this card. This is just opinion, but since DDR3 transfers at twice the rate of DDR2, I would much prefer the 512 of ddr3 in this card, than some of the higher priced 1gb ddr2 cards out there.
Dell Optiplex, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33Ghz, 4GB RAM, Radeon 4670. An awesome setup on a budget!
