Pros: Excellent Performance!
100 FPS in Battleforge with High Settings
60 FPS L4D everything on high with vsync.
Runs cool.

Tested with Windows 7 64 bit, Catalyst 9.8 & 1680x1050

Cons: The fan lets you know its working but does a great job keeping the card temps low. Much lower than my 2900xt.

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from a 2900xt and gained almost 70 FPS in Battleforge even after upping the settings from medium to high.

Other Thoughts: I did the first review on this card. I wanted to add that I found out what people were complaining about noise-wise. When I manually adjust the fan speed to 60% or higher this thing sounds like a jet engine. However, I overclock this card as high as it can go and set the fan on 45% and it's cool and quiet. You need good case ventilation.

Pros: Runs cool. Looks cools. Faster than the card it replaced. Cheap. Overclocks fairly well.... 800gpu 1000mem stable with no artifacts right off the bat. Haven't pushed it much further yet.

Cons: umm... doesn't make me breakfast. Can get a little loud as the fan speed cranks up with temp. but it stays cool.

Other Thoughts: with the current rebate it's the best deal on a video card period. It replaced a 3870x2 and blows it out of the water while running cooler and consuming less power.

Pros: I'm a moderate gamer and it exceded by expectations. For about $140 with a rebate it can't be beat. Check out the Tom's hardware best video cards for the money Sept. 09, it gets high praise.

Cons: Its called R4870 Cyclone for a reason. This thing sounds like jet engine. I thought my tower was going to start hovering. I had to crank up the volume on my speakers to drown out the sound.

Other Thoughts: I think the card is totally worth it. I can deal with the sound for the awesome performance. Put it in CrossFire and your talking biznezz, but you may want to nail your tower to the floor.

Pros: Runs Aion with 8xAA and all other settings maxed at 100+ FPS on my AMD Phenom II X2 BE (All cores unlocked). I haven't played anything else on it yet, but for reference this is using FarCry's CryEngine and runs beautifully. Is extremely quiet and runs cool. I was worried about reviews on the other MSI with Cyclone (the 4890) which said this thing was crazy loud and really hot. This is not true at all. Those people probably don't have any sort of case ventilation or they are playing from a desert.

Cons: Did not come with a Crossfire bridge cable as I thought it had.

Other Thoughts: I have not yet tried to overclock this baboy but I will be, as it runs rather cool even under load.
