Once again NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU pwns the gamer's sweet spot, delivering around 33% faster performance than GeForce GTX 460, overclocking headroom that is off the charts, and an incredible performance per watt. Discover the incredibly detailed world of DirectX 11 with the MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC graphics card. The card employs the next generation of top-grade materials – Military Class II components to provide the highest level of stability. When used with MSI’s Afterburner overclocking software, the N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC supports GPU overvoltage function to fully unleash the overclocking potential. More importantly, the MSI-exclusive Twin Frozr II thermal design utilizes large dual PWM fans, SuperPipe technology and nickel-plated copper base design, efficiently lowering the temperature by 20°C - a significant step up from the reference cooling solution – and ensuring a cool and quiet computing environment.

  • newegg Exclusive Twin Frozr II Thermal Design The MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC graphics card is equipped with the exclusive Twin Frozr II thermal design, which uses a nickel plated copper base to absorb the heat from the GPU. Heat is rapidly transferred to the heat sinks via the SuperPipe technology and is then removed with the airflow produced by dual 8cm PWM fans. Compared with the reference thermal implementation, this design is capable of reducing the core temperature by as much as 20°C, thus providing you with a low-temperature graphics platform.
  • newegg GPU Overvoltage Function with MSI Afterburner MSI Afterburner overclocking software allows you to adjust the fan speed, adjust GPU & memory clocking speeds in real time, and tune the voltage of the GPU to completely unleash its power. A real-time monitoring interface and burn-in stability test give gamers the power to control the card's overclocking status at any time. In addition, Afterburner can store up to five different fan profiles to match any situation.
  • newegg Military Class II Components MSI uses Military Class II components in the N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC graphics card, such as Hi-c CAP, which are of the same class of components used in space shuttles and satellites and offer a lifespan 8 times longer than ordinary solid-state capacitors. Moreover, Super Ferrite Chokes (SFC) are employed to not only improve efficiency by 10%, but also increase the maximum output current by 30%, and when coupled with All-Solid capacitors, the product's overall lifespan can be effectively extended.
  • newegg Microsoft DirectX 11 Support DirectX 11 GPU with Shader Model 5.0 support designed for ultra high performance in the new API’s key graphics feature, GPU-accelerated tessellation.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology enables a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision, 3D Vision Surround and SLI Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. Expand your games across three displays in full stereoscopic 3D for the ultimate “inside the game” experience with the power of NVIDIA 3D Vision and SLI technologies. NVIDIA Surround also supports triple screen gaming with non-stereo displays.

2 out of 5 eggsTwo Year Deal

Pros: Great Card for the two years it works. I mean, this card rocked for two years straight!

Cons: After two years and one day, it stops being rad.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card on 3/4/2011. On 3/4/2013 (exactly), one of the fans began to make awful cries of pain, my temperatures were skyrocketing, and the card was shutting off randomly from the heat.

A little investigation and I discover the fan is barely able turn. Pull apart the heatsink, clean the fans thoroughly, and reassemble with no change in symptoms--the fan is toast. It's just shot.

Went shopping for an aftermarket cooler and figured I'd see if anyone else with this card suffered the same fate. Haha! Read some of the other reviews! Apparently this 2-year shutoff was an intended feature or something? Like a freebie you get for buying it, along with Mafia 2.

Well played, MSI. Thumbs down.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Worked very well for the first 2 years.

Cons: After nearly 2 years, I've begun to experience the same problems as everyone else. The cooling fans slowly die, and as they die they begin to make an awful grinding noise and the cards temperatures steadily rise over the time period.

3 out of 5 eggsFan Dying.

Pros: Card ran very smoothly for ~ 20 months.

Cons: GPU fan started to rattle and is having difficulties spinning. From what I've seen this is a known problem with Frozr II fans.

Other Thoughts: Liked it while it worked, maybe it's time for an upgrade anyway :)

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT!

Pros: I have owned this same video card for almost 2 years now. I bought it as the first choice for the first desktop I built by myself, and it was obviously a fine choice as I have not had one single debilitating issue with it since I took it out of the box. It's a bit bulky, but it is definitely worth the price, and is a total powerhouse. It has run everything I have thrown at it without a hitch.

Cons: None. Worth the money if you tend to frequently use power it offers.

1 out of 5 eggsFan goes to the grave, takes the card with it.

Pros: This card is very powerful and cool.....when it is working.

Cons: I have had this card for just about two years now. Up until today i was very happy with it, in fact I was just a few weeks away from getting a second one for SLI. Sadly today happened though....One of the fans started making a weird noise, I investigated and saw that it was struggling to spin... probably a bearing issue I thought, but i nonetheless hoped that cleaning the dust out would help. There wasn't alot of dust but i figured it was worth a shot. After the cleaning, the fan spun up for a few minutes then stopped completely...a few minutes later the video signal stopped and the card has not worked since.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card because I assumed it had a superior cooling solution, so I am a bit shocked that it failed in this manner. I give this card one egg because a card should last more than two years...it is under warranty I believe so I will update this space after I have dealt with MSI on this issue. If the process goes smooth they will get there eggs back. If not...I will let you all know. Things break i get that, the second half of any purchase is how the customer service is when they do.

4 out of 5 eggsIt was a great card in the beginning

Pros: -Plays any game I throw at it including newer ones like Far Cry 3

Cons: - After about a year the fan started making a lot of noise
- Now the fan has failed and causes the card to overheat and stutter games
- After the fan broke my FPS randomly drop to 10-15 on games I used to run 30-75 FPS

Other Thoughts: Since I have 3 massive 20mm Case fans and a huge Heatsink fan cooling my case I can still play most games without issue as long as I don't play for long periods of time. I will be contacting the manufacturer after I post this review.

3 out of 5 eggsgood card while it lasted

Pros: Was good price when I bought it. did its job very well. never went over 50c with fan set to max at 80% at 50c

Cons: MSI RMA service

Other Thoughts: One of the fans started to make a racket then died. No biggy right? Just rma it.
I bought a 7970 card to replace it. When I got it back from MSI I was shocked to find they removed the sink/fan and replaced it with a used beat up one.
Dings dents and scratches all over top and face of the card. Both fans work now though........
I was going to sell it for 1/2 what I bought it for....not sure I'll even get that now.

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate from previous review

Pros: WYSISWYG. The card works great and performs exactly as advertised.

Cons: Honestly, the cooler is the problem with this card. I've seen nothing but bad reviews about the twin frozr II.

Other Thoughts: Previously, I had a grinding noise to deal with. I've since replaced the cooler with something else and the card works like a dream. It does only have 384 CUDA cores, but for the gaming I do, it works like a dream.

I didn't want to do an RMA for the twin frozr cooler since the card itself was still in good shape. I did get a response from the manufacturer about the RMA, and although I haven't looked into it, I have heard that they don't do cross-ship which would put me out of a machine for 2 weeks. Given the amount that I use my machine, this is unacceptable.

Basically MSI, if you fix that fan problem that so many people have reported, and improve your RMA process, I would very gladly continue to buy products from you. I have an MSI Motherboard in both of my machines and they have done everything I wanted them to do without issue. In fact, this would have been the first time I've ever considered an RMA with MSI since their hardware typically lasts longer than the rest of the machines I build.

2 out of 5 eggsThe fan won't SHUT UP

Pros: It did what I bought it to do. It played games really well.

Cons: After a couple years, one of the twin frozr fans is going bad. It's making a pulsing, grinding noise even at next to zero load. I leave my system on all the time for various reasons, but I've had to turn my machine off recently, because the pulsing fan failure is keeping me awake. Even sitting here typing this review, I can feel it pulsing on my desk. My headphones are almost not enough to block out the noise.

Other Thoughts: The other fan is fine. I haven't been able to find a replacement fan for cheap, so I'm going to have to buy a whole new card, because the heatsink and fan on this one is bad. So demoralizing...

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card with minimum issues

Pros: Great card! handles every game iv thrown at it so far without fail! Have had this card since May 5th 2011!

Cons: I did have a few issues with the drivers when new updates cam out causing my games to crash. though after uninstalling all drivers and doing a clean reinstall everything ran smooth.

Other Thoughts: I read alot of bad things about this card AFTER i bought it. i was really worried about it crapping out and having issues with MSI customer support. I guess i was one of the lucky ones. Though i would recommend doing more research on a better GPU. most are really pricy and are unreliable...
