2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fast enough for every game I played. Once I stuck with the right drivers (314.22), it never froze or bluescreened.

Cons: The fact that I had to roll back to early drivers is disappointing. But even worse is that both fans on the card failed, and MSI's 36-month warranty is apparently arbitrary and doesn't apply. I purchased the card on 3/1/2012 from NewEgg and submitted an RMA request on 2/20/2015. The response I received said "Product is out of warranty, 12/7/2014 EOL Model". Pretty sure 3/1/12 to 12/7/14 isn't a three-year span. I thought warranties applied from the date of purchase. What gives?

Other Thoughts: Based on the failure of their RMA policy, I won't purchase or recommend any more MSI products.

5 out of 5 eggsGeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB

Pros: Duel thermal fans, has a good weight to it. does not feel light cheap or plasticy. Im so happy it will work with my weak 500w ps. Graphics are actually very good, no glitchs during world of warcraft gameplay. Can take up to 99 Cel which is almost boiling temp for water. I also play BF and CoD and both games run perfectly. only 170 for the card.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Be sure to install the video card right because this card has a good weight to it, and not installing it the proper way could damage your mother board.

4 out of 5 eggsIt's good for the price

Pros: Works as intended if you know what you're buying.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Does a great job for games that are not crazy hard on GPUs. If you're looking to play MW3 type games, this card is not for you. I am a little disappointed that it couldn't play Shogun3 though.

5 out of 5 eggsSo Far, So Good

Pros: comes with reliable stock cooler.
power efficient. it down-clocks when idle.
cheap, yet still a strong performer. plays all games at full settings, 1920x1080p without any hiccups.
runs cool @ full load, even overclocked, with fans @ 55%.
looks nice, and fans blow out the back of case, which is good.

Cons: seems quite flimsy compared to my old 8800gtx that it replaced, but its also lightweight by comparison.
if you don't manually adjust fan speeds in afterburner, it can be loud as hell for not much gain in cooling. the fans by default go banana's under load, even when the card is no where near getting warm.

Other Thoughts: Got this for Christmas a year ago. can't see why I would need better, even at this point. maybe in a couple years I'd need better.

cheap, and extremely reliable under load. one of the best bangs for your buck out there still, although a 660 will likely be better at this point for cost vs performance.

Also, core at stock speed of 810Mhz is under-clocked in my opinion (i run mine @ 890 comfortably with little noise or heat increase, and at stock voltage), but I take no responsibility for someone else overclocking their own hardware, or any damage they may cause based on anything I say.

4 out of 5 eggsBig and Nice

Pros: It has one of those copper pipes and two fans to help keep it cool. I haven't had any heat issues.
It plays most games, just can't play them on high settings.

Cons: The drivers fail sometimes. It will work for a few weeks then it will fail a bunch. It has been working fine for the past few weeks again hopefully the issues have been resolved.

Other Thoughts: I feel like we are being over charged for GPU's.

1 out of 5 eggsnot recommended

Pros: would have been the price but since I've had to spend time and more money to send this back I can say nothing.

Cons: Dead on arrival now I have spend money and time sending it back. bought and EVGA 560 and it worked literally 2x better. Customer should never have to come out of pocket for items dead on arrival.

Other Thoughts: If it werent DOA might have been nice.
