1 out of 5 eggsWorst card ever

Pros: Runs great when it works

Cons: I bought this card thinking it was a great card but not even a year of ownership the fans start making all kinds of noise and it blacks out and comes back after the fans have failed I would not recommend this card or the twinfrost to anyone

3 out of 5 eggsGood while it lasted.

Pros: Ran quiet, ran well. Games ran on high settings well. Definitely performed well.

Cons: Caught on fire. Never before have I had a graphics card catch on fire. I have 3 case fans, and the dual fan setup of the card kept it pretty darn cool. But suddenly, it sparked, flamed, and smoked. Now off to find a new card after only 5 months of operation.

3 out of 5 eggsGood While the fans lasted

Pros: 2 GB video ram

Cons: I bought this model (with Twin Frozer II cooling) because I was tired of video cards that had poor fan's that would die after just a year. One year and one week after installation, both fans went out. I have RMA'd the card but MSI doesn't do cross ship on cards unless you can get them on the phone and good luck with that. This will be my last MSI product.

5 out of 5 eggsGood card for a good price

Pros: Super easy to install- even for a noob like me. Follow the instructions and you're golden.

Runs all my games at 60+ fps on Max/Ultra settings. Skyrim w/ graphic enhancer ENBs @ 35+, 55+ in interiors.
It's also very stable. I've had it for 7 months and no issues other than having to upgrade my RAM to keep up with the card. You can get the more expensive gtx670's right now but this gives you good bang for your buck if you're on a budget.

Cons: It's a bit BIG. It was a tight squeeze getting it into my case but I managed.

1 out of 5 eggsRan like a champ...and then

Pros: This thing ran on high octane with no OC'ing done. I ran everything through it on high levels with not even a hiccup. It was great for about 2 months and then...

Cons: it went dead. No picture, no blips, no read-out at all. I called MSI to get help and was sent to an answering machine. I was irked by this but left a detailed message with everything I could think of to get help. It's been over a month since I called and no call back. I even tried calling repeatedly but kept getting sent to a machine. I'm beginning to wonder if they even have humans running their company. I am extremely disappointed and lost 260 bucks on a hunk of metal and plastic that I can't even return or get rma'd. Nice job MSI.

1 out of 5 eggsDoesn't work.

Pros: It seemed like it could handle a fair bit.
Good price

Cons: As soon as I hooked it up, it wouldn't display. Fans ran, tried multiple output methods, tried in different tower, tried cord on integrated graphics, worked fine. It seemed DOA.

Other Thoughts: It would've been a good card I suspect, if it would work. If you get a card that works, good. But I didn't.

5 out of 5 eggsI'm happy

Pros: I'm not really a gamer. A few times a year I'll play BF3 or Dragon Age 2. Handles them on max settings with high frames easily. Very quiet card.

295 drivers on Linux didn't detect it properly, but it worked fine. Detects properly with 304+, which are in repos for pretty much all distros now. No issues at all with this card.

Cons: none

1 out of 5 eggsdont buy

Pros: eats all games for a 500 series it is great! go for a 650ti same card much cheaper and not much performance loss.

Cons: i have lost this card 2 times now, no overclocking and no tweaking at all by me just 2 times now this card has died completely. I dont think ill buy MSI again i still have an EVGA 9800gtx+ for my backup and I'm glad i do, this card is unreliable and will just die for no reason.

Other Thoughts: my specs

I7 ivy 3770k
asus TUF z77 mobo
16gb corsair (2x8)
antec 1000w psu
antec twelve hundred case..... I'm tired pf paying to ship this card back so i can get a junk refurb one back. well time to RMA again

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Performance, Value

Pros: This card has performed extremely well even on most rigorous and graphic intensive games. I've maxed all settings on several FPS, Skyrim, and Dishonored. All look incredible, no slow down in frame rate, no issues. My system is setup with:
Intel Core i5-3570K
16 GB G.Skill DDR 1333

Runs really well, not too hot.

Cons: None up to this point.
